Stayed for a short weekend away.. stayed in the queen room, a great size and easy option sharing with mates as they had two queen beds in a room. Pretty quiet area on the weekend so not heaps of food options in close walking distance. For those happy to walk, Optus stadium was about 25mins and busier area of nightlife similar. Would stay again

Residence on Langley Park is a great location in Perth CBD. You walked out the doors on to the magnificent Swan River and just take a leisurely walk and enjoy the outdoors. There is no where in Australia in the main cities that you can do that like Perth. Heaps of restaurants within a 20 minute walk, there is IGA store within 200 meters for any food you might want. The staff were brilliant and just the easy to get anywhere if you want to drive from that location. I have stayed there a few times now and it is always the first place I look at when I book on line.

I have stayed inbthis properly before, and it was very nice and had a nice feel. However this stay there were no staff available to assist with bags, no staff insight. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, beds roughly made up

Dated, a very big place with lots of wasted space. A bit out of the way for dining. Was told security bond would be refunded immediately upon completion of stay at check out - was then told it could take 4-5 days. Wasn’t given information on supermarket that is very close by, stumbled upon it last day. Quite disappointing really.

Check-in was not great, the staff couldn't have been bothered to assist after a 48-hour flight. The room was given with a bath and I had to ask for a room with a shower which was only assisted 24 hours after check-in. Again no effort was offered on the evening of check-in. Every single day after I returned, housekeeping tried to obtain entrance to my luggage locked with the combination. I tested this every day and every single day for two weeks someone tried to gain access to my personal luggage. No concierge info or offer, ie. There is a convenience store right outside of your hotel and you did not bother to share this. Your restaurant is not properly operational. Not the stay I have been used to in the past. Parking for residents is extortionate! Unfortunately, I will be looking for an alternative hotel on my next visit.
