Crowne Plaza Perth

Not the newest of Perth's hotels but one with splendid river views just down from Adelaide Terrace. Walk a block to free buses into the CBD. From there the Cultural Centre is easily accessible. There is also a free bus from this stop which takes you into the King's Park. Staff have the time to take a personal interest in your needs with suggestions as to what is on, what to see etc.. Reasonable rates for a city where prices have gone a bit excessive.

First time for me in this hotel and, Honestly I was expecting more. The room was quite ok but, not really clean. Second day, I checked the room after cleaning service and...was the same. I only tried the breakfast that was fine but too expensive, you cannot pay 35AUD! Don't use the laundry service, I paid 45AUD for two shirts and one trouser...unbelievable! The nice thing of this hotel is, that is close to the city center and very close to some nice restaurant. If I come back, I will definitely try another one, at least to compare!

Had a room with swan river view. View is really a killer one, a nice balcony. Room a little on the tired site but well maintained and functional. Good size room. Breakfast was ok, nothing exeptional but not bad at all. Nice and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again if ever com eback to Perth. Internet was below average. At least in my room. Was not disconnecting but was very slow. Did not use the pool area but looked very nice from what i could see. Thought internet was free but at check in was told it was only free for their loyalty program members, so became a member and got it for free.

We did the booking for this hotel from Great gesture from the front desk executive. Very friendly restaurant staffs.. a very good place for both family as well as business travels... facing the Swan River and located very near to Elizabeth Quay, it's awesome hotel to stay...!!

Stayed here with Family over Easter.... mostly chose this hotel over Holiday inn Perth city as it had a pool. However pool is not heated and in full shade all day so it's was freezing. Rooms are decent size but dated and average quality. Breakfast is expensive. Staff were pretty good.

Came for a week business trip. The company rate is indeed expensive, but it includes the internet and breakfast. You can easily to find a way cheaper price through IHG app. The room is good, with choice of spa hot tube and river view. The same smell of IHG brand makes you home.

Comfortable beds, great selection of pillows. Roof top pool very nice. Small number of mains that are not meat in the restaurant, I had salmon which was fine. Would stay there again, close to the ferries to Fremantle.

We stayed here for 3 night, had a very clean and comfortable room with a wonderful view over the river. From the moment our car pulled in to the hotel, the staff were outstanding from the front of house to the staff in the restaurant nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast twice during our stay and also ate in the restaurant on two occasions the food could not be faulted. I would throughly recommend this hotel, it is a good walk to the city but along the river bank it is enjoyable. And as a bonus you are within a short walk of Elizabeth Quay, which is a wonderful destination for a bite to eat or a drink to watch the world go by.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years. This time, sadly we were disappointed. The room we stayed in was in serious need of a refurb. Bathroom small and certainly not suitable for an elderly or less able person. Step in bath/ shower very old fashioned. No grab rail so one had to be careful. Our room wasn't entitled to complementary water!!! The staff throughout were superb. Breakfast buffet OK. Don't think we will come back here on our next trip. Very convenient for buses , trains and within walking distance of the harbour. Lovely views from the balcony.

Very good location. Nice walk to waterfront, restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. The only reason I didn't give the hotel 4 stars is the rooms are looking a worn, low water pressure for showers, not a place to hang out for the evening and dinner options are limited. The breakfast is good.
