Only stayed for one night for business. Arrived around 830pm after a short trip from the airport, approx 20-30mins. Check -in process was quick and easy. However when I asked about wifi I was advised there was a fee. Alternatively you can join the hotel club for free then you get your free wifi. The restaurant is open until 9pm but I opted for room service. The in room dining menu is quite extensive and delivery was quick, about 20mins. Nice friendly delivery service. The room itself is basic, two double beds, large bathroom with separate bath and shower and minibar. The bed was comfy and room temperature was perfect. Nice touch was a room mist on the pillow. The full breakfast is about $35 and there is a wonderful variety. Beautiful fresh pastries, pancakes, eggs (different ways), bacon, beans, mushrooms, yoghurt, fresh fruits and a juicer!! I actually wish I was staying another night for the breakfast. Short trip into the CBB, only 15mins. And the check out process was pleasant. I was even asked if I remembered to take my belongings from the safe. Would reccomend staying at the Crowne!

We recently stayed here for a couple of nights whilst in transit, and it was a very pleasurable experience. The hotel is well managed and well run. The room was better than expected, with the usual modern conveniences and WiFi included with the room. The highlight was ordering food -as we arrived later in the evening, there's not many options available outside business hours in this part of the city, and we decided on room service. Our food order was delivered promptly and courteously - and those sandwiches were delicious! Another order from the bar was also delivered to our room promptly and very courteously. It was a pleasure to experience the room service in the Crowne Plaza. Highly recommended place to stay whilst in Perth.

Delightful hotel in the city with fabulous restaurant and staff. Rooms with a river view are large and well appointed. Breakfast is buffet and substantial. Menu has plenty of choices and of really high quality

We have stayed here a few times now for an overnight get away into the Perth City. The rooms with the river view are very nice with a small balcony with table n 2 chairs, such a great view. the bed is very comfortable, the bath is small with an overhead (if you 5ft) shower, nice amenities in the bathroom, TV with many channels and movies to hire. the breakfast is very good and fresh buffet, with bikes to hire, the river foreshore on the doorstep and free bus services into the city around the corner and onsite parking ($34 a night is steep though) it is a great hotel stop whilst in Perth. I wouldn't recommend the dinner her though but the hotel is very good

Stayed for 2 nights on a work trip. The weather was terrible but i am not blaming the hotel for that! It just highlighted the only flaw that the hotel has - that it is located a 15 minute walk from the centre of the city area, so if it's wet make sure you drive into the restaurant area. Apart from that, the experience was great from front counter check in until departure. Staff were great and the rooms were comfortable. My highlight was the breakfast experience. A great selection of nice food. Even better was the service of the staff. One very pleasant host even gave me a tour of the buffet (a first in 20 years of work travel!). I would have given her a personal compliment on here but I have forgotten her name - if the hotel reads this you will be able to identify her because she has a slight kiwi accent! All up a very good stay. Thank you!

We booked a room with the following: "Very good breakfast included FREE cancellation before ...... NO PREPAYMENT NEEDED - Pay at the property" We were asked for our credit card details. My husband didn't want to give them because of the conditions above but the receptionist insisted. She told him no money would be debited to our account. After a couple of days we needed to cancel but when my husband tried to cancel via the email it said the inbox was full so he phoned. He was shocked when told he couldn't cancel as he'd already paid in full. He had to insist that he speak to the manager who very politely told him it was a mistake and the money would be reimbursed. 4 days later the money still hasn't shown up in our bank account even though the hotel says it's been reimbursed. We are NOT happy.

A very nice and cosy hotel with comfortable rooms. Checking in and out was tremendously easy and fast, topped with friendly receptionists. Really grateful that they took note of our booking request and arranged ahead to have our 4 rooms next to one another, making it absolutely convenient for our big group with elderly and kids. Our room comes with two comfortable double beds and housed our family of 2 adults and 2 kids amply well. Breakfast was enjoyable, the usual buffet food fare with sufficient variety to cater to both adults and kids. Servers in the cafe were attentive and offered goodie bags to the children once we were seated. Just a note that the parking was a little costly at 34 dollars per car per day (we had 2 cars so had to spend 68 bucks on parking). But there's cheaper street parking options just outside the hotel so it still not so bad. In fact the only unfortunate thing for us was that we only spent a night here. Would love to stay in this hotel again when we next visit!

I have stayed here on numerous occasions. I love the location (I run and it's perfect alongside the river). The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is great, nice hot and powerful shower. Check in and out is easy and friendly. For business it's perfect.

What a great hotel! It has great facilities and is very comfortable especially if you've been travelling a lot for business. The attached restaurant has great dinner and breakfast and there is a comfortable bar to sit in too. It's about a 15-20 minute walk into the CBD, just a shame that most shops on the way there are closed due to the economic downturn. Perth is a beautiful city and this is a great place to stay!

Unusual for me, a family stay locally. Good points. Check in fast and good, staff are on message. Street parking free Sat night to Sunday morning. Family room not per person cost. Efficient housekeeping, thanks! Internet fast and free. Above all, excellent value for money. Room quiet, bed comfort first class. And of course location cannot be faulted, easy reach of Perth Concert Hall in particular. Observation: view from room was of other properties, so choose room well. Two bad points. Full Breakfast at $35 each ($25 for continental) is far too expensive. IMHO the restaurant and bar menu need to be collapsed into one simple, value menu. Also we need CNN, BBC etc and not just local TV channels - quite weird. Generally though can thoroughly recommend and will be returning with the family again - thanks guys!
