Rented a upgraded room with balcony for three night during our stay in Perth. The hotel location works very well for getting around Perth. The room was clean and the view was nice, but the parking and bathroom are things you need to consider before staying here. The bathroom has next to no counter space and the sink is a very small basin. This is the biggest issue with the room. The parking is the other concern. It is listed as free, but there is not enough spaces. If you get to the hotel after 5:00 pm or go somewhere in the evening, be prepared to park on the street. Street parking is free but your car needs to be moved by 8:00 am. If a bathroom counter and ample parking are not important to you this hotel is fine.

loved it- fresh and clean, friendly staff. traveling for work

This is probably one of the better hotels I have stayed at in the 3 star range. This hotel was a great value that provided free parking, free internet and all while being within walking distance of Kings park, the Swan river and the CBD. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, I would definitely recommend this place to others!

I stayed at this hotel while my ship was in port. The bathroom was very small, the shower overflowed and there was no sort of ventilation. The bed was was very soft. Another plus was the free wifi.

Clean & comfortable. On a busy highway making it difficult to get to/from at rush hour

The room was well maintained and very cozey. The bed was increadibly comfortable and the hotel itself is located close enough to everything as to make any trip out short and yet isolated enough as to make your stay quiet and comfortable. Plus the free wifi made staying in contact with family and friends as easy as could be.
