Very pleasant and bright apartment (46 m²), ground floor with terrace and patio, (28 m²) panoramic view of the harbor (Ile Tome, Pointe du Château) and marina, disabled access, shared bicycle storage, PRIVATE PARKING NUMBER, animals accepted, shops and supermarkets nearby.
The large picture windows in the Living room, Kitchen area, Bedroom, favor the luminosity
 and allow you to discover from inside the apartment, "THE CHANGE OF LANDSCAPE SEVERAL TIMES A DAY", caused by the phenomenon of the tides (High and Low).

Great Ocean Front Place

I stayed here in September 2022 with my husband, son and mother and it met our needs perfectly. The place is clean and it was in a safe part of town. We could walk to Ocean Annie’s beach bar. Overall it was a great stay!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Perros Guirec et dans les environs. L'appartement est très bien situé si on recherche sérenité et calme. La vue est très agréable et il était très agréable de prendre les repas dehors face à ce beau paysage. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Très belle semaine dans une location très bien située avec une vue sur la mer magnifique.
