This house was located in a great area next to lots of restaurants and shops. House is well decorated and has many amenities. Beautifully decorated and great layout!

The place was what was advertised. The neighbors were great, close to walking downtown Palafox street, Ice Fliers hockey, and heading to the beaches.We enjoyed it and spending the time with our UWF student.

Everything was good, house was what we expected. I would like to point out that getting into the tub/shower is a big step. We liked the closeness to the market and downtown shops.

Felt like a vacation home, very comfortable and nice amenities. Hosts were responsive to questions and provided some great food and coffee suggestions. I loved the walking access to all of downtown. IF it's available in the future when I return to town. I would rent again.

I honestly didn’t want to leave. This beautiful home is decorated so much like my home in Tyler I could have just moved right in with what I came with. lol. Everything you need is there for an extended stay. It was raining so didn’t get beach items used but appreciate that it was available to use. Will definitely stay again next time. Palafox was under construction but only a 2 short block walk to begin at the North end of all the restaurants and shopping. Thank you Chris for a lovely memorable stay.

They say 2 bathroom and only had one. The tub was super tall and dangerous getting into and out of bath!!

Upon arriving at the home all seemed well nice clean and small home. Then upon eating dinner there we were greeted by several German cockroaches crawling on the counter and then found more behind the oven. Contacted the host immediately. And they took hours to respond then just said theyd send someone in the morning to spray for bugs. We were not OK with being crawled on by cockroaches throughout the night. So we left.

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath house. Slept well in the comfortable king bed. House is in a great location with everything in downtown Pensacola in walking distance. We moved the vehicle only to go over to the coast. Friendly neighbors, enjoyed talking with them. Great communication with the host.
