a lot of barking can be heard. room is very small. You got what you pay for.

I now live in NC, but am originally from Pensacola, so I travel there a lot and have stayed in MANY hotels. This place was a great value. Orbitz said the hotel would charge a $50 security deposit at check in, however they didn't require any type of deposit which was nice! All rooms were accessed from the inside lobby. It was a wonderfully peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The room was VERY clean, and very comfortable. Nicely decorated also. Carpet was Very clean. Staff was excellent. Can't say enough good things, there was even a very decent breakfast included. Recommend highly. Will definitely stay there again and again when in Pensacola!!!!

The hotel staff were very helpful. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was somewhat small but ok. Nice stay.

this place sucks. will not return. Dont waste your time or money

THE STAY WAS NICE HAD ONE PROBLEM THE DESK CHAIR WAS BROKE THE LOCATION IS GREAT

1 WOULD STAY AT THIS LOCATION IF I COULD ALWAYS GET GOOD DEALS.

Easy location off the interstate. Clean rooms, polite staff. Probably not a vacation destination spot but for the roadie its fine. Lots of restaurants in the are within walking distance because the breakfast is a little weak. Usually under $100.

the hotel is nice and clean the area is nice and have a lot of places to eat and you are close to the highway

A surprisingly nice and comfortable hotel, well run. However no microwave or fridge. I would certainly use it again.

This was advertised as a 3 star hotel, it is not, I would give it a one star. On the positive side the room was clean and I saw no bugs. On the negative side it's an old hotel, looks very worn and the rooms are small. Also not a fan of dogs staying in hotels so I will not do a repeat visit at this one.

This was a very comfortable hotel for a very good price. Although the room was a bit small, it was fine for a one night stay. Good restaurants very nearby.

We were looking for a comfortable and affordable stopover on a cross country road trip, and this met our needs. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I would have liked a fuller breakfast (choices were very limited) available longer (service ended at 9 AM), but that's a minor point.

I chose this hotel based on the price and location. Yes, it's very affordable and right off I-10. But one can tell they don't get much business. The owner, I believe, was the one who checked us in. The hotel is average, almost below average for me. I looked at the pictures and figured we could deal for a night. We walked into a very musty room. No air could have circulated in days. It was bad. I IMMEDIATELY turned the ac on full blast. I know they have to keep the ac off, but my goodness! They could've left the door open or something. Anyway, the bathroom was nice. There was hot water. They had a new tv, the beds were pretty comfy. My husband and kids didn't mind it. It just wouldn't have been my first preference. Oh, a few of the outlets couldn't hold my charger. So I woke up to an uncharged phone-which sucked because we are using it as our gps across country. Breakfast we didn't have, but there are SOOO many restaurants around and Publix is right down the road. This deserves a 3 star.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and was an overall better than expected experience. Would stay here again!

Great place and value for the one night we stayed. Easy to find and very quiet. Second time we have stayed there and will definitely stay again!!

I was surprised by the positive reviews. My room was very outdated and everything looked worn out. The refrigerator was rusty and the furniture looks like it was purchased from Goodwill. The woman at the front desk took forever to check me in after a late arrival. The breakfast was adequate for this type of hotel, but overall I was very disappointed.

Room very clean, nice clean bathroom. Quiet and comfortable every night. Location great with restaurants close by, easy access to I-10. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I arrived late to the hotel and the front desk staff was very friendly. I liked that you get to the rooms from inside the hotel versus an outside walk-up to the room. This was a plus. However, once inside, the sheets had hair on them there was hair in the shower. I was so thankful that I brought extra blankets and towels. I was informed by the front desk staff that the hotel had been painted but that is all. The hall and rooms smelled old and wet. It was okay for a few hours sleep from a long drive before hitting the road again. Just bring your own linen and towels.

Very comfortable and quiet. DId not have a problem with my stay.

Traveled to Florida for work. Both times stayed here. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.
