Ocean Front Condo Huge Balcony with Boat Slip

Great for Families, this renovated condo has new appliances, furniture, flooring and bedding. In the loft there are 6 bunk built in bunk beds. Shipwatch has its own boat ramp, courtesy docks for boats and jetskis. There are 2 pools, 2 clubhouses, tennis and pickleball courts. Our unit is on the second floor and there is not an elevator. 2 easy flights of stairs. Beach Chair service is available and you are right down from the Flora-Bama.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
