This was an absolutely adorable place to stay. It was also the cleanest of all the places we have stayed. It smelled wonderful. There was plenty of space for our whole group. The amenities they left for us were excellent. We appreciate this host so very much for providing such a wonderful, clean, and comfortable place for us. Thank you!

Great getaway not too far from beach and activities

Clean and spacious stay plenty of sleeping accommodations and all the amenities you need for your stay. Close enough to beach but just far enough to have a peaceful stay.

Our host Mark was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay there again. Super cute property, fit my damily of 5 adults perfectly. LOVED the rainhead showers. Kitchen set up was great.

The Kipling place was just what my family needed! We had a very comfortable stay, the place was clean, and conveniently located. Mark was very accommodating, we would definitely stay again!!!

We enjoy the property's great location, convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants. It was clean,cozy and beautifully furnished. Our host Mark was was incredible, Friendly, and available.

Place worked great for 2 adults and 3 teens. Beds were comfortable and the location was easy to get around. The trundle bed is only usable for a small child, but the description does say that. We would stay again if we ever visited again.

Lovely stay in Pensacola

Wonderful stay at Marks property. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable, easy check in and great communication. Great quiet neighborhood with plenty of places to eat nearby and just a 15 minute drive to downtown Pensacola. Highly recommend Marks place!

Great Place, Very Nice
