Very old and smelly Inn. The room was so loud, they had an ac unit on the floor for us and an anti-humidifier going all night long. It was very loud. TV was so small and far away from the beds (that were squeaky and loud) and the speaker was terrible.
The toilet was a round commode with an elongated toilet seat.

Great location in old town Pensacola.
We were extremely impressed by the professionalism & friendly attentiveness of everyone on the staff.
Great location. Great staff! Very nostalgic. Rooms ok. Breakfast not good. Price great. I would stay there again.
I loved the atmosphere. The hotel is very charming. The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was just blah. What I had an issue with the most was the noise. I was in room 7. This has the ability to be an adjoining room. The door connecting the rooms has a 4” gap at the bottom. With the laminate flooring you could hear a normal conversation like it’s in your room. The gentleman next door began coughing at 3am. He sounded like he was in my room. Then there was the room upstairs....every footfall sounded like someone stomping. It’s a shame. I will not be back.
Nice quaint hotel. Lovely decor and very quiet. Will definitely stay again.
The Historical atmosphere ! Nice location for walking to alot that Pensacola downtown has to offer!
Great check in process. Staff was kind and helpful. Booked a cab through the hotel for an early morning flight.....went to check out and no one at the desk and no cab outside. Waited for 20 minutes and called an Uber instead. Too bad because everything else was great about the stay.
Rooms were a little dated but clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was just ok.
The location is great, but the rooms are old and the wet. I know we are in Florida, but there were 2 standing machines, one looked like a humidifier and the other was an AC. The whole room felt wet. Also, being next to Skopelos (which is great) you;d expect a great morning breakfast included, but it was cold bagels and mini muffins was below expectations
house keeping was terrible, only left one washcloth, had to go to desk to get another one.the covers on the bed when we arrived were very heavy, ask for more blankets the next morning talked to desk and house keeping was assured they would take care of it.that night when we arrived back at the room we had to go back to the desk to get blankets.they didn't leave filter to coffee pot or sugar packs.didnt take used coffee cups and leave clean ones.continually had to go to desk for things house keeping forgot.
