Great condo! We arrive late in the evening and there were no issues whatsoever. Condo was clean, had everything it said it would have, and beach access was great. We did bring our own beach wagon to put our beach stuff in which made hauling everything a little easier. Pool was warm, kids seemed to like it. Gated parking lot was nice. Perfect for our little vacation to the beach.

Amazing time at the perfect little spot

We had a great time staying at this property and it was very clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed to get started and brought what we needed with us to make our stay comfortable. The management team was very quick to respond to our needs and very great to deal with. We attached photos at the beach by the condo and from the oyster bar restaurant minutes away. We especially loved the bunk beds and the cute comfy furniture. Everything was very cozy and a home away from home. Will absolutely stay with you in the future.

Nice accommodations close to the beach

Very nice and clean newly renovated condo across the road from Perdidio Key Beach. The renovation was well appointed and comfortable. Patty was kind and prompt with communication. We enjoyed to pool and the surroundings at the condo. We would recommend it for a stay in Perdido Key.

Grand Carribean West February 2025

This unit is beautiful, clean and well situation in the Predidio Key. Location and access to the beach was great. It would have been great if the pool was heated, in February it has not had a chance to heat up yet.
