Bedroom 1 – Includes queen bed and day bed with trundle, a dresser, TV and access to a second private balcony overlooking the golf course. Ensuite bath features a shower/tub combo and dual sinks.
Bedroom 2 – Features a queen & full bed, fresh linens, a dresser, and access to a private balcony. The ensuite bath includes a shower/tub combo and essential toiletries.
Half Bath – Located off the main living space for added convenience.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs, including a Keurig, coffee pot, blender, toaster, and more. A starter supply of essentials like paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods is provided.

Guest Access:
We have a smart lock door and an email will be sent with door code instructions the day of check in. You will have access to the entire home. For parking, please be courteous to our neighbors. Parking is available in the driveway and in front of the garage door or on across from the house.

Other Things to Note:
Here are the House Rules you can look to upon staying at the home:
• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.
• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 10 PM - 8 AM.
• Only park in the designated areas.
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.
• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
