The views were beautiful and the resort is top notch. The condo is cute and fit our needs perfectly. There is plenty of room to spread out but still feel connected.

Beautiful views, beautiful area! The condo was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated and furnished. The pools were beautiful and the water temperature was perfect! We would absolutely stay again if in the area.

The property was beautiful. This is my second time staying at Portofino. There was only one issue, there was no place to store clothing in the room with two queen beds. Made it a bit difficult. It showed a dresser on line, but it was not in the room. Also, not a ton of cooking pans, but enough for our group, since we enjoyed many of the local restaurants. All and All, a great place and beautiful place to stay. Will definately come again.

Gorgeous

We truly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous property. It was clean and stocked with essentials on arrival. We have been to Portofino many times and this is definitely our favorite unit so far. The manager was very responsive and helpful.

Had a great trip! Condo was a great location and exactly as pictured and described. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and enjoyed it. The communication was very available and clear instructions. We had no need during our stay but felt confident how to reach out if needed.

Wonderful Stay!

Our recent trip this condo was nothing short of amazing! The place was stunning—clean, comfortable, massive balcony, and perfectly located. Waking up to ocean views from every room was a dream. Portofino offers an array of incredible activities. Highlights of our trip included enjoying water sports, hiking scenic trails, tennis, and the incredible ocean-side pool. The friendly atmosphere made every moment feel special. We also appreciated how easy it was to navigate the area. This trip truly exceeded our expectations, and I can’t recommend this particular vacation condo enough. We are already planning our next visit!

This is our 4th stay at the portofino resort! There was a few things lacking in this unit that all of our other units had. lack of croc pot, lack of cooking ware options and our patio grill didn’t work so luckily our friends were in a different tower and we had to use there grill to cook and bring our food back to our unit! also there was a lack of dressers and chest of drawers so being a family of 8 we just had to make it work. host was nice and responsive when i asked questions! nice unit but definitely the bottom of the 4 we’ve stayed in

Relaxing Stay

I recently stayed at this beautiful beachside condo and had a fantastic experience! The layout was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The furniture throughout the condo was updated and stylish, giving the whole place a fresh and modern feel.One of the highlights was definitely the balcony—the views were absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the ocean breeze.The only minor issue I encountered was with the grill, which wasn’t working when I arrived. However, the host handled it promptly and kindly, and the problem was resolved within 24 hours—great customer service!Overall, I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic beach getaway. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great vacation

Pros: the rental agency is very responsive, the condo was clean, the facilities are incredible, and the location is perfect - far enough away for a family with kids to not be around a bunch of craziness but close enough to get to the tourist areas when we wanted to. The pools are awesome and everything was clear about costs for add ons through the resort. The views are incredible with a clear view both north and south. Cons: the condo was not well stocked in the kitchen or having many extras but the basics were met. The beds were fine; consistent with a decent hotel. These minor things, coupled with the high price to stay here, makes it great but not perfect. Would still recommend this resort and this specific place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Loved It!

This was our first time visiting Pensacola, and we absolutely loved it! The unit was perfect for our family of six—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom with a shower, large closets, and a beautiful view of either the intercoastal waterway or the ocean. The high ceilings and open floor plan made it feel even more inviting. Our kids especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony, spotting dolphins in the ocean (we saw so many!) and watching paragliders over the intercoastal. One evening, we ordered food from the restaurant by the main pool, and it was phenomenal—the fish tacos were excellent! Another night, we had DoorDash delivered for a cozy dinner in. The beach was just a short walk away and wonderfully uncrowded. With the National Seashore right next to the complex, the area felt peaceful and teeming with wildlife. My son and I took advantage of the paddleboards and kayaks to get closer to the dolphins one afternoon—an unforgettable experience. Meanwhile, my wife enjoyed starting her mornings with a Starbucks coffee and a blueberry muffin from the market. We’ll definitely be back!
