This trip was to spend time with family I haven't seen for a couple years! Time slips away quickly. It was also so we could spend time at the car show at Carlisle Fairgrounds. The house was wonderful. I wish I had more time to relax there. It was probably a bit far from the events in Carlisle after walking and being in the hot sun but so much better than staying in a hotel. There is a winery nearby if you are into that sort of thing. They have great hours. Poppa's has a great menu and the pizza was great. Also not far, Waggoner's Gap Hawk watch. Absolutely breathtaking. Careful walking to the overlook. Blindspots in traffic coming both ways but it is so worth the walk up there. I had a great weekend. I would definitely stay again. Communication with the host couldn't have been better. I highly recommend this as a great peaceful getaway.

Pretty clean. There were some mild things dirty. All cups we pulled out of cabinet had finger prints or grim on them. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very dirty. We struggled heavily operating the fan/light in the bedroom. Overall pleasant experience. We only slept and showered there. We did not cook or hangout but would have loved to use the fire pit out back.

Peaceful Setting

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Elliottsburg. Very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed a fire out back and quiet family time together.

Nice well appointed cabin

Definitely recommend, very clean and well maintained cabin. Beautiful inside, only problem we had was the neighbor’s dog came over a couple of times and barked at us when we were out by the fire pit. I recommend it.

The perfect secluded cabin in the mountains!

We loved it so much! This cabin was the perfect honeymoon get-a-way. Close enough to towns, yet secluded. Thoroughly loved all the Christian artwork and devotionals/Bibles located around the property. We really loved the Amish grocery store nearby (you cant beat the prices!). Sadly a lot of other local places (coffee shops and bakeries) were closed for the week (Christmas up to New Years) but we made due! Cabin was super clean. All amenities were provided and the ability of having a washer and dryer on site really helped. Had some issues with the microwave acting funky and some buttons not working, but that didnt affect our stay! Smart tv was a plus as well. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. All in all we loved everything and we will be back! It was perfect
