We were concerned about staying closer to Penn Yen (we normally stay further south) but the depth and quality of the water was perfect! The rooms were fresh and clean and each room had an air conditioner. Only wishes would be a better dock and outdoor eating area.

Home is in the smaller side but fits 8 comfortably. The house is only steps to the water and has two docks, fire pit, plenty of outdoor seating as well as a gas grill. House was clean and everything was as expected. We would definitely recommend this home.

What a beautiful spot to spend a few days. The house was clean and comfortable and we loved sitting out by the lake. The only thing missing was a fire pit.

Problem with dirty laundry

Overall we were happy with the property.The biggest disappointment was when we arrived we walked in to find all the dirty laundry sitting in the hallway and no clean sheets or towels were there.When I called to get corrected they came to take dirty laundry and brought sheets and towels but still didn’t bring enough so had no sheets for full bed.Made us concerned that if that’s how they cleaned how closely did they clean everything else following cdc guidelines due to covid

Great place for a family get away! Great fishing, great kayaking, and had a blast water skiing & tubing! The house is clean and newly renovated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware - all appliances in good condition. If you're looking to relax and enjoy - I highly recommend this place!! My favorite part of the day was watching the sunset from the deck.

Excellent place to bring the family! It's very quiet and peaceful at night, and the sunsets are insanely beautiful. There is a firepit you can also use for s'mores or just watching the lake, and there is also a kayak and pool noodles to use in the lake. The only complaint is the lack of mirrors and clocks around the house. Besides those, the house is amazing!
