After two days of being cold cause the heat didn’t work and then moving to a new room for my third day was not good either due to the bathroom being dirty including the toilet seat broke. It wasn’t the best stay this time.

Stayed 3 days with heat lukewarm on 86 degrees and when running the shower it was coming out of both ends. I let them know both days and still not fixed and nothing to compensate my stay especially after paying over $300. They just didn’t care at all smh wow this hotel went downhill. This use to be my favorite place for over 10 years. Poor management for sure.

Hotel was dirty, was being remodeled but nobody could give us directions to our room and we arrived late around 10pm. Then the pool area was falling apart pieces of the roof were falling off while the kids were swimming an the bathrooms were being heated with space heaters and their was mold in them. The room itself had no hot water in the shower and when I called down to get help the girl told me to let the water run which didn’t help at all. Called back and she got an attitude and told me she don’t know what else to tell me. So the whole weekend we had pee warm shower water barely that lasted like 5 minutes before becoming freezing cold. Will never stay there again.

We informed the receptionist, and they said they would fix the issue after my checkout, as I was staying for only one day. I work in housekeeping so I kind of check everywhere when I get into a room everything seemed clean until I checked the tops of the headboards you can knit a sweater with the amount of dust that was on the tops of the headboards also the picture frames were dusty other than that the rooms were clean The staff was very friendly when my TV refused to work the lady made it her business to come to my room from the front desk and rectify the situation so other than the little bit of dust four and a half out of five stars

The rooms were outdated and dirty. The hall smelled like pickles. The gym everything was broken and the pool was nasty ceiling was leaking in the pool.
