Expensive hotel with lower than average facilties

They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room. The receptionists made me feel I was the onen being unreasonable for questioning what the problem was and if it could be quickly fixed. On a positive note, the rooms are clean and have a nice view.

El parque acuático les gustó mucho a mis hijos (8 y 6 años), aunque no está en el mismo hotel, sino a 3min andando. El buffet era bastante bueno.

Me gustó mucho la limpieza de todo el hotel y el buffet que tienen que es muy completo y está muy bueno todo. Además, todos los empleados super majos y agradables, les doy un 10. Lo que menos me gustó fue la espera de los ascensores en hora punta (aunque es lo que tiene viajar con niños :-) )
