O hotel é super bem localizado, sendo possível ir andando até o Beto Carrero e até a praia. Há muitos restaurantes e lojas no entorno. Funcionários educados e simpáticos. Café da manhã com diversas opções. Quarto com TV, frigobar, ar condicionado e é bem espaçoso. A copa no 1º andar com pia, utensílios e microondas ajuda bastante. Pet friendly, recebeu nossa cachorrinha Belinha super bem. Recomendo!

Colchão muito ruim, barulhento demais, uma virada na cama ja acordava quem ta do lado. O banheiro estava mal lavado, tinha cabelo na parede do box com cabelo do hospede anterior e ainda o saquinho do sabonete que o hóspede deixou em cima do local aonde põe o shampoo. Um absurdo.

Quarto família super apertado e eles consideram cama auxiliar de chão como uma cama e ao tirar da beliche o quarto fica sem condições de transitar e sem local para malas, o que é muito desconfortável em tudo. Sobre o café da manhã é bem básico e sem a menor cortesia do pessoal da cozinha e tb da Sra que tb fica na recepção. Conforto da cama normal, ar, chuveiro atedenderam super bem. Estacionamento na porta do hotel e a localização tem bastantes coisas na rua e inclusive lavanderia que quebrou um bom galho pós parque .

O Hotel me surpreendeu! Claro que é um hotel simples mas estava tudo em ordem e limpo. Bom quarto, bom banheiro, ar condicionado funcionando bem, cafe da manha muito bom! Localizacao perfeita para o BCW e muitos restaurantes, farmacia e mercadinho a 1 quadra. Recepcao bem atenciosa tambem.

A localização do hotel é ótima, fomos para o parque a pé. Porém, o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo. Estavamos em 4, 2 adultos e duas crianças. Mas o quarto tinha 1 cama de casal e 2 beliches, isso fez com que o quarto ficasse ainda menor do que já era. Além disso, os colchões das beliches e a cortina estavam com aspecto de mofado. Como as crianças são alérgicas, a experiência não foi agradável. Tirando essa parte, o hotel é uma ótima opção para quem quer ficar perto do parque. Outra coisa, o café da manhã foi agradável, com opções de bolos, sucos, pães, ovos, frutas, achocolatados e café.
