We booked for evening of 11/30 on Expedia. We booked late almost midnight. Hubby and I pulled over to make sure reservation was for Saturday 11-30 not 12/1 and that it went through. It did. We get confirmation for 12/8?!?! We contact Expedia immediately- they told us to talk to hotel, they would too and to book with them direct for the night of 11/30 so they could do easy switch or refund. We paid more to book at hotel. Staff onsite that night was nice and helpful. After a week of hotel manager giving us and Expedia a run around they did not refund the glitched reservation. The hotel could have done the right thing instead of keeping my $ and they didn’t and it was their right. I’ll never utilize a Radisson again though and I’ll tell everyone I know too.
