The staff was very helpful, and good at their jobs. They didn’t have hot water the night I stayed. As well as my first room had no AC . Second room wasn’t cleaned yet completely , only beds were made . Complimentary breakfast was 3 or 4 items that were all empty but the gravy and biscuits. After sitting down and looking at the food, decided not to eat it and get breakfast somewhere else . Was rough .

No hot water in the room... Breakfast offerings were not replenished once gone. Our arrival was at 8:50. Bathroom tile floors were dirty. Staff was accommodating with early check-in, and providing a microwave and mini fridge.

This hotel was the worst hotel that we’ve ever stayed at. Not handicap accessible, no hot water and didn’t even ask if they could reimburse us for these inconveniences. the place is old and needs to be demolished. I can’t believe that Pembroke Pines has something like this in there city.

Absolutely No Customer Service. They Refused to honor Reservation and give me a room. They had access to give out rooms, but Refused to because their system was down to process payment. Refused to honor confirmation and deal with payment the next day or at another point in stay, as I had a 3 day Reservation. DO NOT RECOMMEND & would Not EVER book with them again. Also according to an email that I received after my booking, I believe from you. The facility had no hot water & no timeframe for repair completion.

I wouldn’t stay here again. There was no hot water and breakfast was a joke. Pretty much jus Boiled eggs and bread. Toaster was broken. The cream cheese was to be shared and everyone was using the same knife to it. Walked away. Never again
