The rustic thatched house invites you to a relaxing and slow-paced holiday. The historic house from the 19th century has been renovated inside and furnished in a modern style. The house is fully equipped for the comfort of a holiday stay. It offers everything you need for a carefree time on Pellworm in a cozy atmosphere. Take walks on the dike and the Wadden Sea within walking distance of the house.

The house is located in the quiet town of Ostersiel in a quiet neighborhood, just about a 5-minute walk from the dike. The island swimming pool and a bike rental can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The center of Tammensiel, the main town on Pellworm with its shops, is about a 10-minute walk away. In Tammensiel you will find a bakery/confectionery shop, a supermarket and other shops. The harbor of Tammensiel can also be reached in a few minutes. There are also various gastronomic options in Tammensiel.

The house has a total of 96 square meters of living space and the following rooms: On the ground floor there is the large living room with satellite TV, board games and holiday reading material. Here you can relax wonderfully in the wing chair in front of the tiled stove with a book. The house has WiFi in all rooms.

There is also a tiled stove and a radio in the dining room. Here you can have breakfast and enjoy home-cooked meals in a cozy environment.

The kitchen is equipped with the usual comforts. In addition to an oven, a stove and a refrigerator, the kitchen also has a dishwasher. There is also a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In addition, everything you need for cooking and baking is available. A door from the kitchen leads directly to the newly designed terrace and the large garden.

The bathroom has been newly renovated and has modern fittings. In addition to the toilet and a sink, there is a shower and a washing machine. There is also a hairdryer available for use.

Up to five people can stay on the upper floor. Here is a (children's) bedroom with a box spring bed (1.4m x 2m). From here, the alcove ("fold-away bed 80x200") can be opened, in this alcove a single bed is set up. This alcove can be reached from both bedrooms and can be closed with cupboard doors. In the second, large bedroom there is a double bed (2m x 2m), a wardrobe and a radio-CD player.

The large garden with some older trees (property size approx. 1000 sqm) invites you to a relaxing stay. The property is fenced in, guests with dogs are welcome. Garden furniture and a gas grill are available for the terrace. Bicycles can be parked in a small shed.

There is also parking space for a car on the property, with direct access to the garden.
