Optimales HĂ€uschen fĂŒr Wanderurlaub mit Hund
Sehr neues, gut ausgestattetes, sehr sauberes Haus mit sensationeller Aussicht von drei Etagen auf den kompletten Comer See mit wunderbaren SonnenaufgĂ€ngen und -untergĂ€ngen, sehr herzlicher Empfang der GĂ€stebetreuung vor Ort, diese geht sehr auf individuelle WĂŒnsche der GĂ€ste ein. Durch dicke Mauern angenehme KĂŒhle im Sommer in den RĂ€umen, nachmittags auch SchattenplĂ€tzchen auf der anliegenden Terrasse.
Der Garten ist nicht eingezĂ€unt, aber durch Innenhof ĂŒberschaubar und begrenzt, keine Strassenlage, sodass unsere HĂŒndin unangeleint den Garten nutzen konnte.
Sehr schönes Bergdorf mit zahlreichen Wandermöglichkeiten und sehr schöner Umgebung, ĂŒberall wundervolle Aussicht auf den See, zu empfehlen: Livo, Naro, Crotto Dangri, Alpe motta.
Auch Gravedona, der nĂ€chstgelegene Ort am See ist sehr hĂŒbsch.

Idealer Urlaub mit Hund
Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit Aussicht in dörflicher Lage. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.
Saubere und neuwertige Möblierung, KĂŒche ausreichend ausgestattet, viel Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern. 2 moderne BĂ€der, eines davon mit Tageslicht.
Leider war der kleine Garten noch nicht eingezÀunt, aber unser Hund blieb gerne auch angeleint im Garten. Auf den 2 kleinen Balkonen mit Aussicht auf den See kann man morgens und abends die Sonne geniessen.
Serpentinenreiche Zufahrt, kein eigener Parkplatz, nur Be-und Entladen am Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants in wenigen Autominuten. Guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen und AusflĂŒge.

Sehr schönes Haus, aber die Beschreibung ist nicht ganz zutreffend
Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet! Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Die Verwalterin ist sehr nett und unglaublich hilfsbereit!
Es gibt allerdings Dinge, die in der Beschreibung nicht oder falsch beschrieben sind: der Garten ist nach allen Seiten von HĂ€usern umgeben, die zT verwahrlost oder verfallen sind. Von den Balkonen hat man eine wirklich traumhafte Aussicht auf den Comer See, aber man schaut auch auf eine Ruine.
In der Beschreibung steht, dass es im Ort selbst drei Restaurants gĂ€be. Dies stimmt nicht mehr, mittlerweile gibt es nur noch eine Osteria, bei der gleichzeitig ein kleiner Lebensmittel-Handel betrieben wird (hier kann man - auĂer sonntags - zB Brot/Brötchen kaufen). Die Besitzer sind allerdings sehr unfreundlich und schlecht gelaunt.
Es gibt aber einen Ort weiter in Livo (zu FuĂ erreichbar) eine Pizzeria St Anna, da schmeckt die Pizza hervorragend und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr nett und freundlich!!!
Im Ortskern von Peglio, in dem sich auch das Haus befindet, stehen sehr viele verlassene und heruntergekommene HĂ€user.
Als wir in dem Haus waren, hat es sehr viel geregnet. Das untere Schlafzimmer (quasi im Keller) war dann feucht, sodass wir mehrmals tÀglich einen elektrischen Entfeuchter anmachen mussten. Leider hat es dort auch muffig gerochen. Aber es kann gut sein, dass dies bei schönem Wetter anders ist.
Alles in allem ist das Haus wirklich schön, aber die Lage (bis auf die herrliche Aussicht) anders als wir es erwartet haben.

Schönes sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in super Lage mit spektakulĂ€rem Blick auf den See und die Berge. GrundstĂŒck ist nicht umzĂ€unt, aber trotzdem fĂŒr Hunde sehr geeignet. KĂŒnftige Mieter sollten tierlieb sein, da viele Hunde und zutrauliche Katzen. Guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Berg- und Fahrradtouren. Super schön

Urlaub vom Feinsten am Comer See
Wer nicht eine Unterkunft direkt am Seeufer benötigt, wohl aber Ruhe, Aussicht auf See und Berge, sowie eine gerĂ€umiges Rustiko mit Terrasse, Balkon und Garten nebst zugehörigen Liegen, der ist hier richtig. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und waren durchweg zufrieden. Gerne wĂŒrden wir wiederkommen!
