Welcome to Seadowns House – a bright and beautiful two-level coastal home tucked away in tranquil Peacehaven. Sleeping up to six guests in three double beds, this house blends seaside charm with modern convenience for a relaxing retreat. Two shallow steps lead into a light-filled hallway, guiding you to the ground floor where you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining nook, a separate living area with a large L-shaped sofa, and a formal dining room that seats six, perfect for group meals or entertaining. The lounge also features free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV so you can stream your favourite shows and movies via Netflix, Prime, and more. French doors open from the living area onto a patio, leading to a private courtyard-style garden—ideal for summer mornings or peaceful evenings under East Sussex’s starry skies. Also on the ground floor is one double bedroom and a separate bathroom. Upstairs, an internal staircase connects you to two additional double bedrooms and another bathroom, offering plenty of space and privacy for families or groups. Beautifully finished throughout, Seadown's House is designed to feel like a true home-away-from-home. Spacious living areas and central location, this is the perfect place for couples, professionals or a family to get away.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The living area has a ton of natural daylight pouring in, and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. You’ll find a sociable and comfortable living area with a Smart TV to relax and watch a movie on the TV.

There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. * Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

We want you to have a brilliant stay with us! To help make that happen – and out of respect for our neighbours and the property – we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:

Smoking
Smoking or vaping isn't allowed indoors. If you’d like to smoke, please use the outdoor patio (if available) and kindly dispose of any cigarette ends or related debris responsibly.

Noise
To keep things peaceful for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. That means no loud music or parties during these hours.
We’re not the anti-fun police – we want you to have a great time – we just ask for a bit of consideration so everyone can enjoy their evening (and a good night’s sleep!).
Please note: If there’s a call-out due to excessive noise, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.

Pets - this property is not pet-friendly
Check-Out Time - Check-out is by 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave on time so we can get everything ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a £50 per hour fee.
Before You Leave - Before heading off, we’d appreciate it if you could:
Do any washing up
Bag up your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins
Return keys to the key safe
Switch off all lights
Make sure all windows are closed
Turn down the heating (especially during the winter months)
Not only does this help us prepare for the next guests, but it also helps us do our bit for the environment by saving energy and reducing waste. Every little bit counts – thank you!

Age Policy
The lead guest must be 21 or over. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept bookings from groups where the majority of guests are under this age. If you’re unsure, just get in touch with us before booking.

A Quick Note on Deposits
If any house rules aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
