I know it is not the Ritz or a 4 seasons, overall the room was clean enough, but the property itself and the loudness of the room, we ended up trying to get some sleep and then by 2am decided it wasn't worth it, and drove home. It was for a one night stay for a concert in town, all the other hotels were sold out. We should have just saved the money and drove home immediately after the concert. There were stacks of mattresses outside of the office, and I was told it was to upgrade the mattresses. Ours must have still been on the list to upgrade, because it was terrible. All I could think about was bed bug infestation. Also the mini fridge and ac rattled and shook the entire time so it sounded like two competing broken chainsaws the entire time.

This was a last minute stop on our way to home in Tucson because we wanted to hike and trail run before we head home. The property itself was conveniently located right of the main st. It was close to many hiking trails. Check in was quick, room was nice and clean, had hot water and overall We enjoyed a night there.
There was a group of us who stayed there and everyone was happy with the size of the rooms and good service from checking in to leaving. The only thing that could use some improvement was the continental breakfast choices, very clean and well run.
Breakfast had hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee, bread, waffles, apples. Basic but staff kept it stocked

The staff was not friendly kind of seemed as if we bothered them when we asked for towels to use for the pool area. Sheets were dirty, phone rang a few times, the facility is old and needs an upgrade. Pictures of the place are not accurate. Very limited parking.
The linens in the room were not clean. The bed covers had holes in them. Spots on the Sofa
It was nice and clean. The staf was very accommodating
Drug motel. The people in the room next to us were selling drugs. The clerk called our room at 1230 asking if we were expecting someone because there was a man trying to get in our room. Stay far, far away.
Wanted to check in a hour early but was told no. Was called a hour later and asking when am I going to check in. The breakfast they provide is gross.
My wife and daughter went to check into the hotel. There were a lot of men just hanging out on the second floor balcony and it made them feel very unsafe. Local people said not to stay there. Very bad area. They had to go to a different hotel. The hotel charged them for one nights stay even though they did not stay there.

When I checked in, the computer system was down, and the clerk at first refused to accept the Orbitz rate. When the system came back up, they agreed to the original price. When we left the next morning, the breakfast that was supposed to start at 6AM, was still not being served at 6:10, so my wife and I left to get something at McDonald's. I don't really feel we got our money's worth.

Know that if you would have informed our staff about the issues with the AC and fridge, we would have done whatever we could to resolve the problems promptly. We had a lot of concert goers that stayed with us, which is why there were some noise issues that occurred that evening. Regarding the beds we do not have a bed bug infestation we are currently upgrading our mattresses to meet the Wyndham standard. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.
