We arrived very nice, slept well. In the morning John showered, me. WELL NOT ME. I was in the shower shampoo in my palms. The water Sputters and STOPS!! I turned it off and back on it was cold and Never warmed back up! So after dried ,I called front desk. The man there listened to my complaint. I asked for another room. He said I could have one ,BUT IT WOULDNT HELP! OUR SYSTEM WHEN WE HAVE A LOT OF GUESTS HAS TO RECOVER!! I said not my problem.. I called front desk again, well the least you could do is clean up my room with fresh towels, make the bed, no hurry.He said we will replace you towels and that’s all we’ll do. I hung up dryED my DIRTY WET HAIR SHOWERING AT MY NIECE’s. The next day it worked fine. No one should have to worry about a shower when you pay ove 100.00 unless you’re comping!!

Check in was a nightmare with an Idiot. She was lazy crude rude and USELESS, in an emergency (act of fraud) situation,. A true Concierge or even manager would have handled it for me...long time Loyalty Member...this moron was only interested in making it all my fault. I did it wrong . She can"t do anything ...i did the reservz...tion wrong. She doesn't have to help me. ... etc. Etc. She needs fired. Or is that your new corporate personna, ???? The customer is always WRONG. You are right... there are lots of other brands to pick from. Going forward I will BOYCOTT your 'hospitality' chain. I will pick those places with class.
