Room was comfortable and very spacious. Very clean. Set just on the outskirts of town away from busier traffic and noise but close enough to all the fun shopping and history Payson offers. Will definitely stay again

I had a great experience with this hotel. They were very accommodating, but mostly the staff that I talked to when I called and checked in were the most pleasant people. That makes a huge impact on my stay. The room has great space, although it was just for me, it could accommodate a large group of people. I loved the patio - that was the reason I chose this hotel. I requested a second floor room so my dog could hang out with me on the patio. It was super quiet, the patio was facing the trees and the sunset and I wasn’t looking over a community pool or people running around everywhere. It was the perfect quiet weekend getaway. The bed was comfortable, pillows were nice, not too soft, not too hard. The only weird thing was the fan in the bathroom making a squeaky sound, but really, a non-issue.

Food and floors lacking

We have stayed here in the past, and it is slowly going down hill. The breakfast is not as good as it was. No potatoes, tortillas or green chilies. Eggs were the powdered variety. Our room needed some cleaning. Toe nail clippings all over the floor. Could be nice again.

Will Stay Again

Older Quality Inn, with few upgrades. However, the rooms are huge and the grounds are nice. There’s carpet, which I don’t like in a pet friendly hotel. Very faint smell of insect treatment. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Microwave and fridge are newer and clean. We couldn’t get the TV to work, but really didn’t try too hard. Pool was off limits as this is winter and it is outdoor. I will stay here again. Love the property, large room and QUIET.

This is my family's go-to motel when we stay up north. Rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. They have a wonderful breakfast!

Note: Besides being a very dirty hotel, they do not provide housekeeping service. Worse, I told the check-in person that the reason we came to the hotel was for housekeeping service, and she didn't say that they don't offer it. Even worse, the general manager of the hotel does not care and will argue with you that her staff does no wrong. You never want to go to this hotel. Bad management, produces bad staff, produces bad hotel.
