We checked in and immediately did a bed bug check. We found a dead bed bug under the mattress. Reported it to staff Jason he was very polite and professional and offered to move us to another room, but there was no way I’d feel comfortable staying in any of the rooms. He explained he couldn’t guarantee a refund but would talk to his manager.

The room had everything we needed. Even a patio with 2 chairs out back. Comfy bed, clean room. Great water pressure in shower. Supplied body shampoo, shampoo & body cream. Will stay again when we visit Payson.

The facility was in a good location and the grounds were very pleasant. The room was fine though the soundproofing between rooms could be improved. I would stay here again.

This place is the safest place to stay in Payson. I would not stay anywhere else. It would be nice if they had a better breakfast. I was disappointed there were no eggs or sausage when I went over there. I believe they just run out, but they were never refilled while I was there.

The bed was uncomfortable—short sheeted and not enough blankets (top cover was a sheet?). There is no hair conditioner. Carpet needs replaced and the bath itself was a little rough around the edges, but everything worked. Beware, there is no elevator.
