Front check in staff was very good. She helped us switch to a lower level handicapped room for my brother. Upon returning to the room to help them settle in we found cat or dog hair on both beds. She took photos and said the manager would follow up with us. We did not hear back from the manager!! The room was non smoking but you can smell the odor of cigarettes. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Absolutely amazing place! Went for my birthday weekend and I could not have picked a better place to stay. The deluxe rooms are AMAZING and it’s such a gorgeous place. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay and would have been 5 stars all around, however charging customers over $600 for "damages" WITHOUT a call or email is unprofessional and unacceptable. There is NO reason to withhold at least a courtesy call after staying more than 10 days and provide an itemized list of the charges is the least you should have done. Next time you get an unexpected debit for over $600 without any notifications from a company, please lmk if that's acceptable or unacceptable.

I will stay again. Comfortable beds, nice shower, friendly and helpful staff , nice grassy grounds. Breakfast was usual but did have a nice variety. One suggestion for breakfast; open the blinds! You have beautiful windows.
