The bed was uncomfortable—short sheeted and not enough blankets (top cover was a sheet?). There is no hair conditioner. Carpet needs replaced and the bath itself was a little rough around the edges, but everything worked. Beware, there is no elevator.

For teh price, it was more than adequate. Breakfast was fine. Exterior was beautiful, grounds were well maintained, though mosquitos were everywhere (kind of a given for the mountains up here in the summer after the rains come in). interior rooms were fine, a little dated, but clean and again, for the price - definitely no complaints.

Bad Customer Service- Unaccommodating

Due to unforeseen circumstances I didn’t show up until about 3AM to check into my fully paid for room. I was told that they had cancelled my reservation and I couldn’t check in for the remainder of my already paid for stay.

Outdated and Grungy

Hotel is outdated, peeling paint, damage to doors, shower didn’t drain properly and there was dog poop under the bed as well as roaches behind the TV stand and in the bathroom. Requested the room cleaned daily, but that was only the bed made and the towels changed. Never vacuumed and by the 3rd day the beds didn’t get made either.

A Great Place to Stay

A wonderful place to stay and I will definitely come back! The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. There was plenty of hot water and everyone was super friendly. Pleasant green outdoor spaces with seating to enjoy the outdoors.
