Inlet Point 19B - View of Pool Located 2nd row in the gated community of Inlet Point at Litchfield Beach and features a spacious, open floor plan with Carolina Room and Screened Porch. The living area is comfortably furnished, and opens to the Carolina room with view of the pool. There is a screened porch where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The dining area has a wet bar and the dining table seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped to prepare meals for your family and friends. The master bedroom opens to the screened porch, and the master bath has double sinks, a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms have private bathrooms, each with a tub/shower combination.
This condo is located in Building 19 with an elevator, and it is convenient to the pool, beach and creek dock.
Parking: This unit has reserved, covered parking for 2 cars underneath the building. Additional parking is available.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.
No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring Pets.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
