In the dynamic and fascinating Marina di San Gregorio there is an elegant and comfortable first floor apartment just a few steps from the suggestive bay, famous for its spectacular sunsets. The house has a comfortable, finely furnished terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy the wonderful panorama and relax while watching unique and suggestive sunsets.
Inside, the house has a beautiful, bright, modern living room furnished with taste and design where there is a comfortable sofa with flat screen TV and air conditioning. Also here we find a modern kitchen also equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave oven. What also makes this part of the house special is the large porthole window which illuminates the whole room and from which it is possible to see the sea.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and the other with a queen size bed, and finally the full bathroom with shower. It should be noted that in the master bedroom there is a small balcony where the washing machine is located. Wi-Fi available throughout the house. Present mosquito nets.
The apartment is located just a few steps from the sea and restaurants, tobacconists and markets. The bay renowned for its spectacular sunsets is easily accessible on foot, furthermore the large square, delightfully renovated, becomes a meeting point for many teenagers, boys/girls and children where you can spend pleasant summer evenings enjoying the suggestive surrounding panorama. It should be noted that the entrance to the sea in the bay has been made more accessible thanks to the comfortable wooden platform that allows access. Here you can also rent umbrellas and sun loungers. About 700 meters away is the beautiful beach of Felloniche.
Free parking space with pass outside the complex.
Tourist tax to be paid locally on the day of arrival.
Bed linen for hire and on request, weekly cost.

Arrival between 00:00 and 07:00 is subject to 25 late arrival fee.

Departure between 00:00 and 07:00 is subject to 25 early departure fee.

* An operator in charge of the welcome will take care of the check-in (from 16:00 to 00:00) and the check-out (from 7:30 to 09:30), except for a self-check-in request. An extra payment of 25 euro is required for late arrivals (from 0:00 to 8:00) or early (before 7:00) or late (after 10) departures.
- Bath / bed linen not included in the price. If requested, the cost is 15 euro per person per week to be paid directly on site and to be requested one week before check-in.
- PETS NOT ALLOWED
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: Fee to be paid upon arrival and returned at the end of the stay, except for any total or partial curtailment in case of damage to the property
