The property itself is ok its in a nice area with things around it but the room was in poor condition and could use a few updates. The water pressure in the bathroom was non existent and the toilet was in an odd position. For what you pay you could probably get better in the area. Side note the rooms are also rental properties so its a mix of guest and resisdents.

The staff at Honey's have the best customer service! They make sure you have towels for the pool, if you need anything for your room or anything else you need to make your stay comfortable. The condo units are right scross from the beach and beside the mall with amazing food choices from $3-$10 u.s. wlakins st is a 2min drive or 15 min walk, tonnes of retaurants on the way. There are many condo rental companies on the main floor, but you wont them to be as accommodating as Honey's. I will always book here since its quiet and safe..

For the price and location it was a good place. But the building and condo were dated, and dispite multiple requests to fix tge hot water.we had no hot wayer the whole stay

There were many things I didn’t like about this property. The first was there was a long flight of stairs to get to the main floor and no one to help with the bags. The elevators were slow. Our air conditioner broke after half an hour of use. The lights didn’t work. Our room was not very clean. The pictures we saw on the Internet did not reflect what the room look like. It was difficult to find our room. Limited dining in the hotel. The furniture was uncomfortable. The table and chairs on the balcony were wrought iron and very uncomfortable. On a positive note I would like to compliment the condominium manager, AJ. He offered to show us another room and really made a point of trying to help us. This was my first stay at a condominium and perhaps some of the fact that I wasn’t happy was due to the fact that I am not really a good fit for condominium living.

Overall good experience

Overall a good experience, great view of Pattaya beach and very accessible to Central Pattaya. Clean room. Great staff who are friendly and were patient to my questions when check-in. Special kudos to the security team who helped to fix a short circuit due to faulty cable extension at midnight. My main worry was the visibly aging lift cars and I hope that the building management ensures a regular maintenance inspection if not possible to upgrade the lifts.

The property is situated in close proximity to the beach, which can be reached within a walk of 1-2 minutes by entering through the back door. It was easy to find food and to go shopping. What I did not like was the extra bed mattress, as it was too thin until I could feel the bed frame poking my chest. I wish they could have or provide better quality than just doing a sake of money.
