Overall, everything was as expected. prompt service, clean rooms, nice resort. Only 2 issues: the "Garden View" is to an empty patch of dirt between the wall. The mattresses were very hard, so my partner didn't sleep well on it

A good stay. Will return again.

A resort style accommodation with nice pool and shady trees. The service was ok and the staff were friendly and helpful. I reserved the hotel 1 night prior to my arrival but when I went to check in the staff did not seem to find my reservation at first. It was not too long til they found me a room. Location of the resort is good and plenty of parking space. The entrance is a bit awkward and made me feel like entering from the backstage. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was awesome.

Hotel staffs did not know where the parking was. We asked for parking direction from 3 security staffs and they told us different location! Front desk has upgrade room to pool-view type. The front view we have got was a restroom between our room and the pool. Lot of mosquitos in the room. We have got a terrible experience with a very expensive room ($100++).

Value for money but is getting old need renovation, I stay for 3 nights with 3 rooms with friends but house keeping didn't refill box tissue. My friend has broken a glass accidentally & his finger was being hurted, during check out a penalty of 100 baht was asking but I refuse to pay cos I was anger they didn't mean to understand what had happened & instead to charge for the broken glass & no concern at all. I felt sorry & disappointted as I was a regular customer.

Nice villa close to beach

I suggest people looking for relax in property with family or kids and honeymoon couples best place to stay .. Quite and away from pattaya noisy streets ..we can access the facilities of hotel opposite two huge pools fitness and spa..and one pool inside villa..i was having my own car.. so not hve problem to roam around .. Perfect place to stay for those looking peace and quietness in pattaya ..
