Best value for money. Rooms were comfortable and sizeable and bathroom was more than adequate. So ok, location at Na Jomtien a little far from the centre of Jomtien but nothing a baht bus cannot fix. Would stay again at a pinch

4.5 from 5 stars from my 5th stay

8 night stay , room 407, deluxe sea view room with sea view and balcony, this is my fifth visit to this hotel and it just gets better, newly renovated and refurbished room to a high standard, new bathroom, very comfortable bed , air con ok , more about that later . Free soft drink upon arrival, greeted by the same polite and friendly staff as last year , new all day breakfast tickets given meaning at 11am you can skip the buffet breakfast and have a freshly made omelette with bacon , sausage, toast , fresh fruit and coffee, orange juice and even a yogurt, excellent! , back to the air con , sadly after 5 days it stated to blow warm , promptly moved to the room next door, 405, sadly that air con wasn’t up to standard either but an air cooler was brought to my room which helped, 34c daytime, 32c night time so outside was hot and sticky, the air con units in those sea view rooms is old and in need of replacement, otherwise I’d give this hotel 4.5 from 5 stars , the new sea2 bistro and bar on the 5th floor is amazing, beautiful inside, fab air con and great views from the roof at night, another pleasant stay at the seaside Jomtien beach hotel, see you next year, thank you everyone

Close to beach

Perfect hotel for those who want to relax and are away from the hustle. Baht bus stops out the front. It’s clean, great food and friendly.perfect for couples and singles. Great view from balcony. Breakfast is ok. I would definitely return.

Location perfect for couples - good value

Quiet location, right on the beach. Take a room overlooking the sea... wonderful view and sunset. Only 1 chair on the balcony - which seemed pointless for a double room.. why not 2? Breakfast basic but OK Swimming pool not good IMO and no view (not really children friendly) - however the sea is directly over the road. 7 eleven and Chemist 20 Mtrs away, and Bhat bus stops right outside to take you to into/from Pattaya or further down Jomtien beach..

Comfortable small & basic hotel by the beach

The stay was ok but nothing exceptional. The hotel was quiet and private so I like it. Room was seaside which was what I wanted (wanted to see the sea when I wake up) but sadly the beach has nothing much to offer and the afternoon sun was too fierce and shining straight into the room. We had to cover with curtain otherwise it was too bright and too warm. The bed was too hard for me. Breakfast was basic but the taste was good. One thing I noticed was that the staff just mind their own business and didn't really greet or offer assistance. It was my birthday (which I mentioned upon booking) but no one wished me or said anything about it. I always travel on my birthday and other hotels would have offered birthday wish, card or a slice of cake.

Welcome was good. Staff could speak a little English. Room was what we requested. Water leaking in bathroom. Hygiene can improve WC leaking water. Breakfast very basic and monotonous. Do not cater for the general public. Quick to extend your stay but not willing to let you check-out 2 hrs later. Location great , as it is what you need when you have come to relax and not as noisy as other parts of the Paytaya area.

Nice hotel close to beach

On a bus route, staff spoke little english so getting tourist info you have to do on your own. The red and white stripes on the road are bus stops and can take you throughout pattaya... The blue trucks are marked with Jomtien on them to bring you back

Good atmosphere, near to Jometian Beach. Can consider for family outing and relax for 2 to 3 days. From transportation point of view, it may be little difficult to find or can be available with higher cost since hotel located at distance away from central Pattaya.

Great Beach

The beach is right in front of your balcony, if you have a room with a seaside view [that is very important]. The balcony view was amazing! The area is, for the most part, quiet, but it comes with a low price, which is you have to use the public transportation if you want to shop or stay at the larger public beaches, but it's worth it. I enjoyed walking on the beach in the morning without large crowds of people, and it was fascinating watching the fishermen preparing their nets for another day of fishing. I stayed on the 4th floor which I know enhanced my privacy. As a result, I slept with the curtains opened , so the first thing I saw when I woke up, was??? Yes, the beach! How did you know? I came for the beach and I got the beach.

Friendly staff , quiet in the night , getting around in later night a bit problem , because taxi are not allways avaiable , but till 9pm no problem to catch a "songteo" . restaurants and 7 eleven nearby , but if you need girly bars you need to walk some 800 yards , nice place to stay with your girlfriend/wife.

A good place to stay

Management obliged and switched us to a room at the end of the wing, away from noisy idling buses on neighbouring parking lot. Thank you. The location is right across from the ocean swimming area - one can walk in and out easily, relax on the front patio with a drink, eat and watch the sun set. The frequent open taxis take you for 10Bht right to Pattaya Center, if you want action. There are many restaurants and several 7-eleven stores or alike in the vicinity. The pool needs a handrail to get in and out. Very friendly staff, good service. Would stay there again.
