Beautiful Villa. Need improvement with agency

The villa is very confortable ,modern and is in a good location for our family trip. The downside is the condition of the kitchen ware seem very old, and the towels in the bathrooms were in very bad condition .this was an issue when we checked out .we were charged for staining bath towels and an over charge for the power consumption. I have been to thailand over 15 times and have traveled and stayed in many places in this country.but I never experienced this kind of terrible service from an agency. The way they check everything seem like they are looking for a problem ,and I'm very suspicious of a towel scam . So if anyone does rent out this villa bring your own towels and return the ones provided by the agent at the start of the stay. The villa is beautiful and the owners have made it a wunderfull place to stay, needs improvement with the agency to make it a real luxury villa
