Nice Hotel.A little tucked away,in fact didn't know it was there despite being a frequent visitor to Patong having been recommended by a friend.Staff were sensational.Always cheerful & attentive,they're like one happy family.Nothing but good to say about my stay.Special mention to Layya & Party for making Happy hour fun.Inn Patong is changing hands in a couple of months,so i hope the vibe of the Hotel doesn't change

Top location Friendly helpful staff

I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly It is only a 3 Star but the staff and the location definitely make it a nicer stay than a 5 Star. It’s down a little laneway from the main Patong stretch which makes it very quiet. The breakfast was great but what makes it is the pool and bar with the beautifully friendly Leigha. The girls at the front desk were lovely too booking us a show, airport shuttles and general advice.

Hotel was ok nothing special but I knew this when I booked worth the £19 for a night I paid clean pool was good too hotel could do with updating as it looks a bit worn inside but overall worth the money I paid

Disappointing

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels & never left negative feedback....until now (BTW I am a very low maintenance hotel guest) The hotel advertised "premium internet" This was the main reason I stayed there because I had to run an online meeting for a large number of clients. It lasted for 10 minutes and failed. I asked to speak to a manager about it (numerous times), and was told that the manager was not available for the week. This is more like a 2 star with a 4 star price. Breakfast was 3 food warmers. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, new towels, etc on 3 out of the 5 days & was told one day that it couldn't be done. Check in is 2pm, check out at 12pm - they will not alter this at all. There are many other places to stay - select one of them

If you love night life in Patong, this is a good place. Room is just OK quite old, staff is nice and drunker marching around in the night ... price is a bit high for just sleep.

Nice hotel in quiet location

Finally a hotel with good internet. Thank you The room was clean and the bed very good Bathroom was clean though small and dated The location was a bit out of the way but that was fine for me and there were a couple of restaurants close by and only 5 min walk to jungceylon and Bangala Street

Staff couldn't help you more. So friendly. The 2 bosses Paul and Mark are great hosts. Highly recommended.

Very central to all activities

I have stayed in many hotels in Patong, now that I have stayed at Inn Patong hotel I will always come back. The staff and the owner go out of there way to make you feel like part of the family. I highly recommend this hotel.

3 of us stayed in the room , the extra bed was horrible and uncomfortable , opened our sliding door and had a view of buildings in bad need of a paint job , the maid will only clean your room if you hunt her down, and only if you leave tag outside your door ,mind you they also left the balcony door opened and tag kept flying away . we complained 3 days in a row about this , there is no extra care taken to make the room look good just off white bed sheets not welcoming at all ,the room also had ants and the worse part is the reception staff are not friendly at all and have bad attitudes when quests complain the only good thing is that the hotel is near patong beach apparently they are upgrading the hotel , but if you are looking for a comfortable stay maybe look elsewhere

Easy and comfortable

Hotel was clean comfortable. Bed was good and pillows soft, room came with two bottles of water a day regardless if it was cleaned or not (up to you) and is very close to the beach and Bangla road. Pool is available from 9 until 9 and is where I spent about half of my time here! Hotel offers transport to the airport for about 800 Bhat if you want. Overall one of the best places I've stayed

Nice location,The front desk are very kind. But hotel quility just ok ... wifi not work very well, the bathroom toilet paper really too low. If you want to stay somewhere cheap and good location in Phuket, this hotel is ok.

simple and quaint

Simple little place about half mile away from bangla road. The staff was very good people and helpful if you needed any information. The rooms are clean and kept up for the price. Infact this place was the best deal i had all through my thailand visit.

Fairly basic

Very average stay. Hotel is fairly cheap but quite run down. Positives: Staff were friendly and kind. We had a maintenance issue and that was resolved by an engineer really quickly. Shower was decent. Locations was good, one road back from the beach, short walk to Bangla road, lots of stools, shops and restaurants near by. Negatives: The mattress was so thin and uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well. Although the location is decent and near everything, it's down a grotty ally which we weren't keen on. The pool is really small and shaded by all the tall buildings around it. Overall: if your looking for a cheap place with a decent location this could be good. As I travelled as a couple we wish we paid a bit more and stayed somewhere a bit nicer.
