Very tired looking apartment- Avoid at all costs

The apartment is in good location with security facilities . But we were disappointed at the apartment where everything was a miss mash no colour combination -very tired looking - seems like the owner has put furniture wherever he can buy and placed it in the place without modernising it. On our first night we found the soft mattress very uncomfortable to sleep in as we kept tumbling in the centre- so requested the owner to change it but he got very aggressive- I would avoid this place as the owner does not seem to understand his duty of care .
