Good location and ok for the price - overlooked the mould in the shower but the hardness of the bed was like sleeping on the floor. Would consider staying here again if it wasn’t for the bed - air vin great, shower water pressure great and good location

I dont even know

I've advice the hotel that we would be check in late (after midnight) when we got to the hotel they've passed us to another inn which was very disappointing, telling us that their hotel is already full. Staff didnt look really friendly and werent even apologetic for the incident.

The hotel is smack in the middle of everything!

There’s an ATM nearby, money exchange counter, Chinese restaurants, Seafood restaurants, street shops, clinic, pharmacy and family mart within walking distance. If You’re interested to go for island tours, there’s an information counter right in front of the hotel as well. You can get price quatition for minivan, taxi and also island tour.

Lovely Hotel + Nice Location

Great stay overall, very attractive room for the price.. very cosy. Nice location not far from the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed beautiful Phuket. We actually signed in early as our flight arrived 6am in the morning and the hotel has a policy that you sign in at 2pm...so we paid an extra 500 baht to check in early but can't grumble as it still works out only 650 baht a night for attractive room, nice location only 5 minutes walk from Patong beach and shops nearby. Was pretty quiet so we slept easily which is always a plus, shower was nice but no hot water but overall a very nice experience.

investment needed

Bed was of such poor quality and condition to be out right dangerous. Air con unit wasn't working, staff refused to help. 40 degrees in there. Hotel needs investment, especially the beds. The mattress didn't so much sag in the middle as plummet! Paid for 7 nights, stuck it for 3.

I stayed in this hotel from 7th of January till 14th of January 2017. Do not expect them to help you with airport shuttle after midnight and they do not have breakfast as advertised on the website.Rooms with kingsized bed are bigger and nice. Rooms with twin beds are very small but if ur not expecting a luxury hotel you will like it. You will get 2 bottles of water every day plus you can use the coffee and tea for free.The room service is really good and our rooms were clean every day. The loaction is good. The hotel itself is surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants with delicious food! It is only 5mins from Bangla road and 8mins from the beach.It is close to everything! Infront of the hotel is an old lady selling tours and trips which are worth checking. We bought several from her and we were very sutisfied. Overall experience was good...however next time i would try to stay only few days in the hotel and move to another one later and explore more from the island.

Great hotel with elevator

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lotus. It was close enough to all the action without being directly in it, so it was nice and quiet at night. The room was big with a little balcony (no view), kept nice and clean, except the bed sheets (though I'm sure were clean) had been stained by god-knows-what.There were good tv channels for the days when it rained and the staff at the hotel were nice and friendly. The was also an elevator, which I know isn't very common but quite convenient when you're up a few flights.

The location of this hotel is great. The owners are very kind and always happy to help. When we arrived at this hotel, my husband forgot his cell phone in the shuttle bus from the airport. We really thought he would never see his phone again, the staff went out of their way to contact the minivan company and was able to reach the driver. Thanks to them, my husband got his phone back. The hotel is very clean and the room is being cleaned once a day. Towels are changed once a day. There is always someone in the lobby to assist you. Everyone working at this hotel is always smiling! We would definitely go back to this hotel. Thank you for everything! 🙏🏻

we booked into superior room. when we checked in the bathroom was flooded and we were moved to another room. The tap in this room also leaked. We were told it would be fixed whilst we were out but this never happened. luckily we were only staying for two nights
