Positives - Spacious rooms and clean - Friendly staff, with a special mention to Lookpla who went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed Negatives - Pillows smelled slightly musty - Garden facing rooms had a lot of mosquitoes - A BIG NEGATIVE was that guests were allowed to book sun lounges ALL DAY. There were many booked using towels but unused.

check-in was smooth, room was ok , but lots of dust. The most serious issue was the extreme noise every single night. It sounded like a nightclub or bar was directly behind the hotel. The noise was so loud that the beds were physically shaking, and sleep was nearly impossible. I had to sleep with tissue in my ears just to cope with the noise. I am 36 years old and enjoy nightlife, but this was far beyond reasonable. On top of this we experienced three power cuts. Only positives was breakfast and the pool, close to beach but I defo wouldn’t return , I’m sure you could find much nicer hotels in Phuket , but shoutout to Sol who helped with luggage he was lovely , always helping and smiling .

Title: BEWARE — This Hotel Stole money From Me! I booked this hotel in Phuket for 6 nights, paying a pretty high price. After the first night, I woke up with an intense, sharp pain in my lower back that made it hard to breathe — maybe from their terrible mattress. The pain was so severe I couldn’t risk spending another night there, so I checked out the next day. That’s when the outright theft started. The hotel refused to refund me the remaining nights, claiming they would “take care of me” if I returned. When I came back three days later, the reception staff actually laughed at me, refused to give me a room, and still wouldn’t return my money. When I mentioned writing a bad review, they basically laughed at me and kicked me out with nothing. They also clearly took advantage of the fact that I don’t speak the local language, making it even easier for them to treat me unfairly. I’ve visited Thailand many times and have always known Thai people to be honest — I have never experienced theft like this. But this hotel stole money me without any shame. As far as the hotel itself, it’s a huge place full of nothing. It has a beautiful pool that closes at six, and to exit the property you actually need a golf cart.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
The shower room and sink didn't go down. The water in the pool was messy. The breakfast is really terrible. There is no delicious food and the fruit is not good. The big and deep swimming pool is good. I chose this hotel because of its swimming pool. If the water is clean and the pool bar staff is friendly, I will visit again
