Layout just looked good on TikTok. All the food was served cold every single day. It was terrible. They never give you towels. They’re stingy with exchanging towels. Pineapples and other fruit floating in the pool drains. This hotel needs to be deeply cleaned like - OMG

Stayed at the Crest for 2 nights. We upgraded our room and it was worth it. The room had a direct pool and the view was priceless. The only negative thing I can say is the property needs maintaines. The Hotel needs love. Overall it was a great experience.

Misleading “free money” program. They do not make it clear that you need to purchase this up front when you check in. I was forced to pay 10,000 baht when I would have spend around 6,000 with the program. I give them feedback to update their program flyer and they ignored my feedback so I believe they do this on purpose.

From the front desk staff, were all helpful especially mooch & thanks to the housekeeper Anna always making sure our villa was stocked with towels, tissue and changing the linen daily. This resort is overall 100000/10. Highly recommended.

This property is under rated. I loved my entire stay. You are welcomed with a welcome drink upon arrival. Everything is relatively new, and extremely clean. There are buses that transport guest free of charge to Patong beach every couple of hours. Nothing but good things to say. I’ll definitely return. 10/10
