You'll be staying in Passa, a typical village nestled in the heart of the Aspres region, where history is etched in every stone. Around Passa, the vineyards offer beautiful walks accessible to all. The gîte is located on the first floor of a fully renovated manor house with views of the vineyards and the Albères mountains. Access is via an external staircase of 35 steps from the private garden. The living area combines a lounge, a dining room, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen including a 3-burner induction hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, and Tassimo coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, and a separate toilet completes the space. The two bedrooms are furnished as follows: • Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190 cm) • Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190 cm) Outside, you can enjoy a shared, enclosed garden and a shared summer kitchen with a second gîte located on the ground floor. The shared 8x4 m swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 1.80 m, is open from May to mid-October and is perfect for cooling off after exploring the surrounding villages.
