Apartment???

What I thought was a legitimate “apartment” rental turned out to be a converted third-car garage in a residential neighborhood, attached to someone's actively occupied home. The property description was misleading, omitting any mention of the fact that it's a private residence. If I'd known the truth, I would have never booked this place.

It was fine. It took a long time for the water to get warm, we didnt even bother to try and take a shower. The toilet didnt flush correctly. The heater took a long time to heat up. The white towels in the bathroom all had set in stains. It was very difficult to figure out how to use the cable tv. (we have same set up spectrum and roku) finally had to call the rental agent. They need more details about how to use amenities. It was nice and quiet and clean for the most part. It was in a convenient location but not many restaurants around, luckily we brought food
