Not too clean, the carpets are filthy. The rooms ac barely works. Coffee machine dirty, and room filled with centipedes. Hotel staff are amazing

I made a mistake and booked an smoker room instead a non smoker ( I did it in my cell). I asked the lady at the reception desk to please change it to a non smoker and she said she can't do it. I had to accept it. I went to the room, it was dirty and smelled like a gas chamber. To complete the picture the room wasn't cleaned yet. I had to get upset in order to receive another room which by the way was half decent. Never go to that hotel is horrible!!

Hard to get to. Carpet was dirty. Air conditioning was not working.

The first room was not clean and AC not working. Second room we relocated in was also not clean and AC did not work. Called maintenance twice but they did not fix anything. Gave me a fan. Very horrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was extremely dirty. The instant you walk into a room even though it was non-smoking you could smell smoke that has seeped into the walls and bed linens. I asked for a room change and ended up going back to the room I originally booked because that room smelled as if someone had been smoking 10 minutes prior. The sink had pubic hair that was the cut from a shave, the bath tub had head hair on the walls side wall and on the back wall a yellow stain with pubic hair on it. I lifted the bed covers to check for bed bugs and found pubic hair between the bottom cover and the outer cover. One of the towels had pubic hair on it and when I went down to the front to ask for a clean set of towels, the concierge gives me two floor mat towels and told me that they would bring up the regular towels and so I can go to room. It was 11:20 pm and we were waiting to shower. 20 minutes passed so I called the concierge and they tell me that the lady I spoke to went to "the department that has the towels" and will be there to my room shortly. I called again at midnight and tell the same concierge employee that the towel that we have has pubic hair on it and we are waiting to shower. It has been 40 minutes and no one showed up. The towels that were given to me are floor mats used to wipe feet with and we are getting frustrated. At this point she is talking to the first lady that I originally spoke to and they say that the towels are in the dryer. Never again ramada. Pics are not of Wayne

Not good at all tv wasn’t work couldn’t move me too another room will be staying at this hotel again

Had a great experience every time I stay at the Ramada Inn in Wayne, N J.

There was a long line to check in and only one person at the front desk. There was a wedding party checking in and they should have been prepared ahead of time with extra staff Breakfast food was very good with a spacious lounge and friendly helpful attendants. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I requested a wake up call when I checked in but did not get a call...could have caused a big problem as I was speaking that morning at a local church. Very reasonable rate! Will be returning again soon and looking forward to it.

At 10am, the housekeeper walked into our room without knocking. Unbelievable.

The pros: Our room faced the courtyard, which was nice. The free breakfast spread was pretty decent. We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly and the rates were affordable, given that we stayed during a holiday. I like that our room came with a fridge and a microwave. The cons: Ants invaded our room. The first time it happened, the ants entered through a gap in the baseboard near the door. I made sure I picked up my dog's food and made sure all food was sealed and put away in the fridge. The second time it happened, the ants entered from a different wall, near the air conditioner. The front desk scheduled a maintenance visit to address the ants, but no one came at the scheduled time and no one followed up with us. The coffee maker didn't work and I didn't bother to ask for another. The nightlight in the bathroom blinked on and off, and there was no switch to turn it off. Our room shared a door with another room, and the walls were very thin. I could hear every word the other guests were saying, what they were listening to on their phone, and I even overheard their love life (apparently their stay went much better than ours). We could also hear conversations that went on outside, on the floor above us. I'm not sure I would stay here again, given all of these issues.

Enjoy my stay very much that's why I keep coming back. Nice hotel staffs good condition rooms and clean sheets satisfies my stay.

Hotel room and cleaning is bad. I lost my clothes. Hotel staff Are rude.

housekeeping excellent good people great service. I felt very pleased with the condition of the room and the overall facility.

Unkept room. Very poorly maintained and in need of repaires and a goos cleaning. Burn marks in furniture and bed coverings in this non smoking room. Staff was friendly but could not offer a refund as the room was booked through Orbitz.

Not comfy at all I don't recommend it to anyone I asked for water they said go to the vending machines

I chose a smoking room on Orbitz brcause that was the availability and my boyfriend wanted to smoke. There was only heat in the room and it was very hot at night. There were burn holes on the drapes. One of the lamps didn't work and the room overlooked what looks like a swamp. The people were nice enough but when we went to do a load of laundry they don't give you change to use the washing machine. We stayed here 6 days. The rest of the hotel looks really nice and it look like The lawns outside we're nicely manicured. Unfortunately, if you choose a smoking room it seems like you are relegated to the very back of the hotel facing this month. They also have a lot of parking lot construction which made it kind of difficult to navigate through the parking lot. All in all, nothing horrible happened but it probably wasn't my favorite place however I would still probably recommend the rest of the hotel just someone just not a smoker

I booked a room thru Orbitz.com. On the site I payed a reduced price for the room. Since I didn't pay the regular room rate I was given a room with a hole in the wall. The lights (above the sink) did not work. One of the lamps in the room did not work. The on/off switch was missing. The pillows are to big. Couldn't sleep with them pillows. When mentioned at the counter about receiving a room like the one I received because I payed less than half f on a discounted website. The gentleman at the counter didn't disagree with me. He put his head down. Ridiculous

The hotel was smelly, dirty, cigarette burn marks throughout, cigarette butts around outside, and the internet did not work. On my way out, a roach climbed up my hand. If you have lower standards or smoke, this place is for you. See pics . . they say it all and I could only load six.

The service and staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Coffee tasty.

Good for the price.. good continental breakfast .. nice mall close to the hotel. Good location
