Everything was 10/10: Cleanliness, Staff, the beds. There was no weird smell, the design is modern, minimalistic and cheerful and the staff clearly is getting on well, making the experience welcoming and extremely pleasant!!!! Having had a really bad experience somewhere else in Jersey not too long ago, this was a breath of fresh air:) Thank you. I will be staying here again when I am in the area.

The staff was very rude. From the moment I arrived there was a gentlemen by the last name “Bonaparte” that made my stay very uncomfortable. His demeanor was very “I’m in charge, this is my hotel” which I did not feel was appropriate. My husband asked for 1 hot chocolate during my 1st night and the response was “the children drank all the hot chocolate earlier so I can’t put out anymore”. Mind you we arrived late around 8pm so we just wanted something warm for our children (10,7,5 YO). The pool closed at 10P, he came rushing in at 10:03 rolling his eyes and forced us to get out saying the person had to clean so we needed to hurry up and get out. Everytime we passed the desk he stared us down up and down as if we were intruders. We felt VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Staying at a hotel especially with my young children I should feel safe and secure not uneasy. I felt as though he would enter our hotel room when we stepped out. Poor stay. He definitely needs to be made aware of his behavior. Everything else was okay during my stay.

The suite was excellent and very comfortable. The only issue we faced was the dishwasher leaking water. There is nothing within walking distance, which may be inconvenient. However, the advantage is that within a 3–5 minute drive you can find Anatolia Halal Market along with multiple dining options.

Clean comfortable rooms, easy access to Local spots. Breakfast would have been great, but so many families with children blocked the area and just made it difficult to get anything. When they weren’t there for the 2 days before, we were fine!
