We were supposed to get there the day before. Things came up so we arrived a day later. Everything had been paid for. When we got there we got our key cards and went up to the room. My children opened the door and the lights were on and one of the beds was unmade. This was around 10 pm. It was obvious that a crew staff was sleeping in our room. We were given another room but, my children were creeped out. The pool was clean and the breakfast was pretty good.
