We found the hotel to be very clean, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant food was surprisingly good. However, we picked this hotel because the information online about the hotel says that it has a hot tub in addition to the pool, which was a disappointment. This information needs to be corrected.

Advertise a pool and spa, we booked based on these features and drove extra miles for these features. We checked in and found a very small pool and no spa!! We would of stayed somewhere that had the above features, (we are not happy) Also we ordered food from the restaurant and waited a half hour after ordering to be told the cook was late and had not arrived yet. I've traveled for 25 years and never had such a bad experience!!

It was ok. The staff was alright. Gave me a dirty look with a small noise complaint about my girlfriends kid. It was my girlfriends 29th birthday. Paid about 300$ for the room and my girlfriend wasn’t appreciative of it and broke up with me cause i (ruined her birthday). Didnt get any attention or barely a thanks and i treated her to a hotel and dinner and had her sister and kid over. Life isnt great but the hotel was ok

I had a truly unacceptable experience at this hotel, which forced me to cancel my stay and leave early. The overall conditions were deplorable. The bed was infested with bed bugs, mold was present, and the air filters were extremely dirty. The towels provided were so rough they felt more like sandpaper than linens. The bathrooms were in horrible condition, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the rooms and hallways, making the environment unbearable. Because of these issues, I could not continue my stay and had no choice but to check out immediately.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff demonstrated professionalism and genuine hospitality from check-in to departure. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and offered a restful atmosphere. Dining services were excellent, with attentive service.
