staff are very rude ! Our first room was very dirty. It was hair all in the tub & sink. Hair on the pillows. You remove the blanket and it’s still more stuff. This place is truly disgusting. I felt like i was getting bit up. I in fact have a bump that I received from being here. This place needs me things that are clean & better staff
