Room service they are not doing everyday.We requested although they missed it. Washroom did not have lock. We were 4 people in a room and they provided just 2 people towel, washing kit. Temperature control system was broken too.

The bathroom is an accident waiting to happen. There is no mat in the bathtub There should be another safety bar on the side of the wall to ensure that people can get out of the bathtub safely These two items are very inexpensive and they definitely would help to prevent accidents Unfortunately, when people have an accident, they tend to make a lawsuit

As a professional Safety Director, I am submitting this formal review to warn others of the severe health and life-safety violations at this property. My wife and kids stayed here for one night, which was a night too long. From the moment we arrived at a parking lot strewn with trash and were met by an unfriendly front desk staff, the experience was a disaster. My professional background allows me to recognize that this facility is a hazard. The room was a catastrophe: stained surfaces, roaches, a filthy bathroom, and an unreasonably low temperature with no thermostat control. Most alarmingly, the provided hair dryer caught on fire when my wife tried to use it. This is a critical fire safety failure. Furthermore, the air quality was appalling; a foul smell permeated the building, and my children suffered from persistent coughing due to the visible dust and filth. Basic sanitation is non-existent, evidenced by beds that smelled of linens washed in water only and a breakfast that left three of my family members ill after eating the eggs. The environment is further compromised by paper-thin walls and unreliable WiFi. I have since learned this place has already been close to losing its license due to how it is managed. The proper authorities should audit this place again immediately and keep it on their radar to have its license revoked before a serious tragedy occurs. This is not just a bad hotel; it is a public health and safety liability.
