Room 229 was in good condition. I was scared of what my room would be with my kids and husband, since I read a lot of bad reviews. The room was clean, in good condition and bed were comfortable. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the drawers for our clothes since they were broken, but we placed them on the writers desk instead. I would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel smelled exclusively of cigarette smoke. The toilet ran all night keeping me and my children up. The shower sounded like a motorcycle exhaust pipe when it was on. Also the cleaning crew was kind of rude. Not a great experience.

Staff is always friendly and do a wonderful job. However, in Room 418, which we prefer there are a few items still not addressed... 1) Entry overhead light has been out for one year 2) Toilet tissue holder is broken 3) Cabinet door around fridge does not close 4) Chair by desk cannot be adjusted 5) Desk very wobbly Thank you for passing these issues along

The room was presentable. Nice to have a coffee machine although considering four of us were booked into the room, the provisions seem to be made available for just three persons. As a cas in point in the bathroom there were only three large towels available for showers. Breakfast was adequate although not consistent in what was available.
