Only redeeming quality is the front desk receptionist Khalil who really tried to go above and beyond to make everyone's night a little more comfortable.

I talked to them and finally got a room with one king bed but face building AC unit. It was terribly noisy. The breakfast (which is not free) was below average. One staff in café was unfriendly. I do not recommend this hotel to others. To Orbitz, you charge different rates for different rooms and the room is pre-paid, but there is no guarantee to get the room type reserved online when checking in.

Great hotel. About 45 mins from Downtown NYC. Its a cheaper alternative to Downtown NYC area hotels. It also a quiet and safe area, if you want to stay away from the city. Now, you might need a vehicle if you need to get to the heart of NYC. The room is clean, spacious but lacks a fridge. Breakfast might not be included, check your Orbitz reservation carefully. The check in process was very easy. The time I was there, 3 weddings were taking place. The staff handled everyone checking in with ease. I had 3 rooms for 6 nights, 1 room for 2 nights, and 1 room for 1 night. All rooms were very nice with a comfy bed. The only thing I didn't like was that there were some people smoking in their rooms and that smoke filled the hallway. The front desk handled the situation wonderfully! If you are staying long like my family and I, you will need to request a microwave. Due to the full house capacity, we were only able to get 2 but since they were on the same floor, it was easy to share. I will definitely stay here my next trip to NJ!

Very comfortable. Overall lovely stay. Volume on tv was low, even at its max. Could barely hear it over the loud air conditioner in the room. But nice place anyway.

I come to North Jersey often for work, and there really isn't a lot of decently priced hotels, but this is one I typically stay at. The room is big and other than the loud AC/Heating unit constantly going on and off, it has everything I need: good wifi, a pretty better than average gym, nice pool, good room service. Location stinks, but that's life when you are stuck off Highway 46. Right next to a mall if thats your thing, but if you are looking for a place to get a meal around 9:45 PM, you better be prepared to drive or eat McDonalds.

This was an excellent choice the reviews were very accurate. Good value for the money

The staff is professional and friendly. The only critique is a 4 star hotel has less amenities than a hotel with less stars, i.e., not all hotel rooms have refrigerators, etc.

One of the nicer hotels in the area. We stayed to attend a nearby wedding. The room and hotel were both nice. Staff was friendly. Would stay again if passing through.
