The hotel is very pretty and the receptionist is a very nice lady, she was very helpful and friendly. However, there were a couple of things that needs improvement: 1. I found hair in one of my shower towel and bathroom floor. 2. After I flushed the toilet the first time, there was no water anymore until the next day. I even checked the valves, to make sure they were opened. Something to take a look at. On the other hand, there was always water at the shower and lavatory, so it wasn’t too bad. 3. For the price of the hotel (about $190 usd) I would expect higher quality shampoo/conditioner/lotion. The conditioner bottle was half already used. 4. Breakfast was included in my reservation but is served at 9:00am. If you’re a tourist I guess that’s fine, but if you’re there for work, there is no way you will be able to wait that late. I asked for a plastic cup so I could at least take some coffee with me, and they didn’t have any. 5.My coworker didn’t make it to the hotel and asked if I could cancel with no penalty, given that the hotel was empty and I was the only guest. The owner refused. If there would have been a nicer way too handle such situation, I would have came back to this hotel in my future trips and give it another chance despite the things I mentioned above. However, since my stay wasn’t the best experience I will not come back. Yes, you gain one night, but lost multiple future ones. Sometimes flexibility does pay more.

El hotel es muy bonito en sus instalaciones. Tiene toda el alma de Parras. Tuvimos un inconveniente de cuando llegamos el cuarto aun no estaba listo y lo tuvieron que limpiar con nosotros esperando afuera. El area del desayuno es muy ruidosa (con mucho Eco). Les convendria poner algunas telas o cuadros en la pared para atenuar el ruido. El desayuno es muy basico. Se agradeceria quiza un poco de pan dulce y mejor cafe. En general la estancia fue muy agradable y el hotel esta muy bonito.

Es un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo, el personal es muy amable y atento. Como areas de oportunidad: la cama es demaciado dura y el desayuno es muy muy pero muy limitado, ni agua ni jugo te dan, solo cafe (a mi no me gusta el cafe)
