The room was good, great view, bed was confortable. Bathroom was OK because the door was not working. Also the shower was leaking water outside of it and we found a spiderweb on the ceiling of the shower. But overall he had a good experience for just one night. Staff was helpful ans kind.

I do wish the staff would do a better of cleaning the rooms, and the blinds are always non functional. I always get the best customer service here, as a woman traveling alone I feel completely safe at this location! I will stay here every time I come to Parksville. The beach is amazing when the tide is out!

I like the updates they've done to this place. It looks nice and was very clean. I should note that the walls are thin so you can hear conversations occasionally but everyone was quiet by 10 or 11pm. The bathroom was really modern and classy and the kitchenette was super convenient and useful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and worth the investment they must have made. That was the 5th star that overrode any minor issues.
