There is no better property from which to enjoy the largest ski resort in the USA -- we are pleased to present this wonderful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom.

Sundial Lodge boasts both premier location and premier amenities, as such, it is no surprise that the property has won Conde Nast's Reader's Choice award, putting Sundial Lodge among the top 25 properties in the US West and #1 in Park City, and been recognized by Forbes as one of "The 30 Best Ski-In And Ski-Out Resorts In The World For 2022".

In terms of location, there is simply no more convenient location than Sundial Lodge from which to enjoy Park City's 7300 acres of terrain. When you stay at Sundial you are at the very heart and center of the resort plaza. The property adjoins the main Red Pine gondola, houses the resort ski school, ski rentals, and ski shop, and wraps around the forum which is the hub of apres ski activity. No "near" or "close" to the lifts as many others promise, Sundial Lodge IS the very heart and center with NO OTHER PROPERTY MORE CONVENIENT to both skiing/boarding and resort plaza amenities including apres ski activities for adults and children alike, restaurants, shops, free concerts and more. Enjoy concerts in spring and summer. Summer enjoys the golf course, ziplines, mountain biking, hiking, and much more (all just out the door).

Meanwhile, the property has the amenities to deliver the superior experience you are looking for. From the circular entrance with sparkling lights to greet you upon your arrival, to bell service (seasonal) to assist you with your luggage, and to the front desk to assist you with your check-in. The property has a year-round heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs (both pool and roof level), relaxing gas fire pits (both pool and roof level), a gym, luxury ski check with boot dryers, complimentary wifi, paid underground parking, and more.

Enjoy this two-bedroom two bathroom corner unit with direct views of the slope and gondola. Living area with fireplace, balcony, flat-screen TV with DirecTV, DVD, sofa bed, seating at both table and bar. Fully equipped kitchen with granite and slate. Master suite with king bed, fireplace, balcony, deep soaking tub, and more. Second bedroom with a queen-style bed with space to sleep two. This unit will give you a comfortable and luxurious place to unwind after a day of adventuring!

And as noted, immediately down the elevator and out the door you will find your skiing/boarding (Red Pine Gondola right out the door; heated Orange Bubble Chair just beyond), main resort ski shop and rental (located right in Sundial, ground level with exterior entrance), ski school, restaurants (from the top-rated The Farm to the casual Umbrella Bar, to The Bistro at Canyons which features a Kosher menu), etc. In spring and summer free concerts, and the new Canyons golf course.

And while you have the largest ski resort and all that Canyons Village has to offer at your doorstep, if you want to venture beyond (Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, etc.) note that free bus/shuttle stop is conveniently located just a few steps from Sundial.

Effective with stays booked on/after April 10 2026 long term (30 night or longer) stays will be charged for parking but will be extended a 50% discount (eg parking for a 30 night non-peak stay will be $25/night x 30 nights x 50% = $375)

Great place!

It was a perfect location! The most comfortable beds ever! It was so nice to be close to the gondola, restaurants, pool and hot tub. Kitchen is well appointed if you like to make a meal or two. Would definitely stay again.

I've stayed at the sundial a number of times over the last 5 years. great location, great property easily accessible to everything you need. first time in this unit but overall great. will hopefully stay there again. great unit, everything was as a described, management was responsive great mountain will definitely be back.

This was a great location. The kids enjoyed watching the gondola go all day. It was easy to pop in and out for lunch and breaks, and the ski boot and ski check in that the place provided was super convenient they even warm your boots! Looking forward to coming back again next year

The location is great, beds comfortable, ski service fantastic. The only small nuisance is that in the master bedroom, if the heat is on, the furnace is a bit loud, we just turned off the heater at night and it solved the problem. We really enjoyed the stay.

The views and location on this property exceeded my expectation. I have a 1 year old and 3 other kids under the age of 8 and there was so much space to move around while watching skiers from the windows. Management responded right away when I had a question. Will definitely use this unit again.
