We arrived at 4am due to a delay in our flight. However, the paperwork was in an after hours lock box outside the main office just as I was instructed. I forgot the combo to the lockbox and called their emergency number and the person who answered my call was VERY pleasant and helpful and gave me the correct lockbox code to get my paperwork for my room. Our room was very warm when we arrived. The hotel description mentions that they have A/C, however, you should know that this is not a typical A/C unit..... it is a portable A/C unit that sits on the floor in the living room and has a hose that exhausts out the living room window. Therefore, it's not like you can roll it to the bedroom at night. I had it set on 63 at night but it did not cool the living room kitchen area to 63*F... if anything, I would say, it cooled it to maybe 75*F. Thankfully I found two box fans in the closet in the bedroom and had the A/C in the living room and both box fans in the bedroom on, but it was still on the warm side and we had to kick off the comforter to sleep more comfortably. Kitchen has everything you need for meals. Fridge cools okay but not the greatest. Don't even try washing your clothes in the in-unit washer/dryer...... My clothes were in the dryer for 1 hour and soaking wet when I took them out. I had to return home with a suitcase full of WET CLOTHES the next day.

Booked on Orbitz, but nowhere did it state that there was no staff on site. I had to check in at a separate location and the phone number provided for questions sent me to two separate recorded messages with multiple options. It took 10 minutes of guessing which options to choose ("select X to talk to a person", was sadly not an option...) to finally talk with someone who really couldn't help us anyway. I understand the remote checkin for a condo, but please let me know before I book the place so I can avoid it. The day after I booked the condo I received an email stating I had to check in at a location separate from the condo, and I couldn't check in before 4, but the office only stayed open until 5. Not particularly convenient.

Okay. The price was good. The bed was comfy. The check in required calling the 800 # for a code. Then going to a building two doors away and finding a box to key in that code. Then inside there is a pacquet with the keys. Very non-Wyndham experience. Evidently part of these units are privately owned. Others are Wyndham. Building utself is dark and dingy as are the rooms. Tiny tv. Might be ok for skiers. Pickle Jar restaurant in house was good for breakfast esp cheese grits!

The biggest problem was that the stove wasn't vented, so that cooking meat quickly triggered the fire alarm. The small and non-hd TV was not adequate. The sliding door and windows were balky. On the bright side, the location was very good and the hotel itself was quiet, although there was traffic noise.

No A/C in this hotel (at least in my unit) which I'm told is the norm in Park City, but 90 degree heat during the week made this room quite hot. Also, when I arrived on Sunday the check-in office down the street was closed and I had no clue as how to acquire my room key/check in package. Fortunately I was able to find an employee out back who happened to be in doing extra work on Sunday and informed me of locked check-in box and how to access. I don't know if that's on Orbitz or Wyndham but that intel should be furnished to clients either way in a better manner in the future.

Great location, condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen stocked with all appliances. You did have to check in at a separate building.

The free bus to Deer Valley and town was right at my door. The bus back just one block away. Shopping for supplies just two blocks away. Easy walk or bus to the Park City Old Town. The room was perfect for a single or couple. Older facilty, but nice. Could have used better directions on checking in as I had to go to the property management offce a block away. Would definitely go back.

My partner and I came for 5 nights in park city. This wonderful room had 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer and a full kitchen area. The wood burning fireplace was very cozy. The restaurant Chez Betty was a culinary treat and overall really liked this place, especially when you look at rates of nearby places. The bedroom was a little small but still accommodated a king bed and the linen etc was all very nice. Would recommend to any couple planning a trip to PC.
