Location is fantastic. Its an easy flight of stairs to Town Lift and a 10 minute walk the other direction to the PCMR base. The house was a disappointment for our size crew. There are five bedrooms. Three are great. The master is spacious and the bunk room was perfect for the five kids. The other lower level bedroom is too small. The bed runs wall-to-wall and there is no room to store your luggage. The ‘secondary master’ on the top level is a sea of low vaulted ceiling angles a 5’-2” person will hit their head on constantly. The showerhead in the bath is so awkwardly positioned it’s tough to rinse away soap. The house isn’t meant to suit the number of people it is advertised to support; typical in a ski town. There were other preventable problems:Two comforters were urine soaked when we arrived. These houses have to be turned over quickly, but what a poor cleaning program. The lower level flooded on our first night due to some sort of plumbing issue maintenance staff seemed to know about. Destroyed headphones, damaged a laptop, soaked a bunch of clothing. The kitchen sink flooded the kitchen floor on night three when the p-trap fell apart. Management was wonderful before and throughout the trip, particularly in dealing with the issues.Could be unlucky, or a fluke, but the problems were impactful and I can’t rate the place highly.
