Location convenient, but arriving back after late night in old town meant overflow parking with longer walk. Blinds in the one window broken, requiring hanging a rain poncho for privacy and to shield outside lights. Nice kitchen facilities. No DVD player, but there was a VHS. Who carts around VHS tapes anymore? Good shower/bathroom, firm bed; low noise. I would stay at the Carriage House again, but not in that room again. Good enough value for the price.

This is a basic condo/hotel. I stay here because it's close to where I need to be for a fraction of the price. Close to the red bus line. Right across the street from the parking lot u will find the best overpriced lobster roll at Freshies.

The only cookware was a 1 quart saucepan and 2 lids, neither of which matched the saucepan. I ended up having to buy my own cookware. Kitchenette is small, but otherwise functional. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly.

We had to make these reservations just a few weeks before Christmas, so choice was limited. The location in Prospector Square area is good. The "remote check in person" did not know how to give directions to recognize and locate the premises, so that took awhile. All of the parking spaces were taken so we squeezed in an end position check in night and had a parking violation tag on our car the next morning. The condo was poorly equipped. There were no dish rag or dish brush or sink sponge to clean dishes. No salt or pepper. There were only four bowls and four large plates. Only 3 large unmateched glasses. The lighting was really poor, and the lights next to the bed were insufficient for reading. The television had three separate remotes and no info on use ... that took about 15 minutes to figure out.

A little noisy because of the AC and fridge. The bed comforter is not made of cotton, so a lot of static.

The good: location, size of room, comfy bed The bad: directions in booking email said to call a few days before if checking in after hours. I did and was told to report to 24 hr desk at alternate hotel property to get keys, etc. It was very late after being delayed and was snowing. There was difficulty getting in and lack of clarity on no actual key for the room just a code which wasn't provided. The same code abruptly stopped working later in my stay and I had to get a new one. The toaster was broke. There didn't seem to be any directions for the 3 remote TV and could never get cable to work, although Netflix did. Nice jetted tub would have been great after skiing however hot water heater isn't big enough to fill tub past jets to actually enjoy.

Overall my stay here has been fine on three different occasions. For the price, you can expect that things will be lower quality than that of a nicer hotel. The reason I give my terrible rating is due to external issues with presumably one of the full time tenants. During my last visit, after a fair night, I went to leave that morning to find that one of my truck tires had been slashed with a knife and the driver side had extensive key scratching damage. My assumption has been that due to terrible at best parking situations, a full time tenant must have felt upset at me parking where I had. Needless to say, the vandalism damage to my vehicle is significant. It will require being repainted as well as an expensive tire replacement. They do not have surveillance cameras on site. I say all of this to warn future visitors of the risk involved with staying at this accommodation. Again, the rooms were as to be expected. But the other factors were very surprising and very unfortunate. Be careful who if you plan to stay here.

Friendly staff at the Silver King where required to check-in. The fellow who helped us was eager to please and knew how to help. When arriving at the Carriage House we were surprised at how "ghetto" it was. Broken glass and the halls smelled like cigarettes and fish sticks. The rooms were cute and very clean, but what was supposed to be a mini stove was a busted up hot plate. The main reason we chose Carriage House was the hot tub, which was broken the whole time. Do yourself a favor and stay at the actual Silver King if you are looking for a cheap getaway.

This hotel is rated 2 stars, and says its the only budget hotel in Park City. Expect no more than this. I stayed two nights, and found it hard from the beginning. There is no reception desk, only a notice by the keypad to contact the property managing service. Once into my room, I found it to be adequate. But also noticed the phone to out of service and the there was no iron to go with the burnt up ironing board. I contacted the management property, and the were friendly enough but had no follow through. I contacted them twice in as many days, and still had no iron or phone upon checkout. I told them my situation, which was that I was visiting from out of country and it was imperative that I have a phone to make local calls, the seemed to understand when I spoke with them but never delivered. Also, the tenants were very friendly, but there seems to be a lot of year round tenants in the building, which got a little loud on the weekend. I can handle friendly people having fun so not that big of a deal. The ceilings are paper thin, so I heard my upstairs neighbor's EVERY footstep starting at 6:00 am. All in all, I was there just there for a place to lay my head at night, I didn't expect much and my expectations were met. Just a little disappointed in the management side of things.

Great Value. Excellent location in center of town. Restaurants were in walking distance. Additional parking lot was not open.

Comfortable condo in great location for ski hill. No room in closet due to water heater. Had a distinct off odor. No amenities which I didn't need - comfortable bed & hot shower. Remote controls ( 3 ) confusing.

convenient located near bus stop. overall good except bed noisy.

Very cozy. Beautiful scenery. Visited a local distillery for a tour, High West. It was a great vacation.

If you're after value in Park City, this is it. Stayed here several times, and will agin the next time when I'm in PC. If you're out skiing all day, and about town in the evening and need a place to sleep, it's the the top value in PC.

We would not stay here again because the blinds were broken and we were on the first floor. It was a little far from the mountain but the shuttle did come right in front.

Everything was really good except for no A/C, which is common in PC. Room was uncomfortably hot at night. The staff responded quickly when I told them about it and provided 2 box fans, which made the remaining evenings more bearable. Had to open the windows and sliding door so we had to put up with a bit of parking lot light and noise. I suppose I'd stay there again because the value was great.

The first room was small with only a portable fan for cooling a room that was about 85 F. I was given a room with AC but the AC was not working well and not adequate for the room. However the room was nice.

AVERAGE, bed was supposed to be queen but it was full and very uncomfortable.

Room was small but cozy and the kitchenette was convenient for breakfast cooking. I wouldn't cook anything else there as the room is very small and could smell like food. Jetted tub was nice. The building was little dated but again for the price - good value. Location good.. Not great but close to all ski resorts and some stores and market was near by. Restaurants also near by.

Dirty, dark and unimpressive. I was pretty uncomfortable after I found a dirty sock on the floor.

Thank you for sharing your comments. I will send them to the HOA. ASRL does not manage the building or all the units. I am pleased to see that your room was nice and comfortable. Thanks again.

Thank you for sharing your comments. I will forward them on to the HOA who manages the cleaningin the hallways and exterior. The Carriage House is located in Prospector square which is more of a business area.
